Disposable shoe covers are commonly used in People's Daily life consumer goods, widely used for household, hospital, dust-free factories such as cleaning the place with high demand, and other environment. As the disposable shoe covers is plastic(PE) products, it is easy to cause loss, and produce white pollution environment. this is not conform to the state of "sustainable development of green environmental protection way" that put forward.by nation. As a result, in 2014 total bureau of national environmental regulations will existing overshoes disposable PE shoe covers replacement for non-woven products. However, to date, non-woven shoe can only be done by artificial, which leads to low productivity and high labor intensity. This paper presents the design and development of a new automatic non-woven shoe cover machine, in order to meet the huge demand at home and abroad. This topic research is focused on automatic non-woven shoe covers the overall scheme design and machine system optimization design and relevant research, the research mainly around the following aspects:(1)This paper uses the modular design method of mechanical system, according to the characteristics of non-woven shoe covers and production technology, to determine the overall scheme about the device machine, and the overall mechanical structure of machine is developed, so as to complete this device for the purpose of the production machine.(2)Based on R- W multibody dynamics method, this paper analyzes the various machine drive and execute device of overshoes machine system, and the mathematical model is constructed on the basis of this with Lagrange method to carry out the dynamic research institutions, thus implement overshoes machine in the feasibility and stability of the efficient production, designed for automatic non-woven shoe covers machine device provides a theoretical basis.(3) For the study of the theory of the shoe covers machine, the paper uses virtual design and simulation method to construct the system virtual prototype shoe covers machine, research w test on its mechanical properties, the shoe covers the kinetics curves of the established institutions. This article verifies the shoe covers of the virtual prototype machine and the correctness of the mathematical model and effective to study the dynamic characteristics of the system, which provide the theoretical basis for optimizing the structure of the machine.(4) Based on the finite element of variational principle, the paper analyzes the characteristics of the static and dynamic modal about the machine. And a framework is been detailed for the multivariable?multi-objective optimization analysis, to obtain the optimized structure of stent ideal, and make the device machine of shoe covers more stable and efficient.The research work, to improve the performance of the machine?the machine reliability and life expectancy, has the vital significance. To design automatic non-woven shoe covers machine also has the very good guidance function.
