In this paper, the preparation technology of copper electrode plate in the copper conductive plate that used in electrolytic cleaning equipment was investigated, and corrosion resistance of the preparation of copper conductive plates was tested in work environment at same time. The study was divided to three aspects as follows. Firstly, adhesives which were suitable for working environment were selected. Then, mechanical property of copper/glass fiber and copper /rubber which were adhered by different proportion of adhesives was tested. After that, the best proportion of adhesives was chosen for the following test. Secondly, different surface treatment process on copper and rubber were used in order to improve the mechanical property of composites. At last, a set of surface treatment processes for the production of copper/rubber, copper/glass fiber composite was selected for the corrosion resistance test.Through different stages of testing, know that when the production of copper/rubber composites,curing agent,coupling agent,promoter and filler(mica powder, iron oxide) were added to 50%,1%,1.5%,10% and 5% of epoxy resin,the bonding effect of copper/glass is best,and the bonding shear strength of copper/rubber composites is above 5.11 MPa. When the production of copper/glass fiber composites,curing agent,coupling agent and promoter were added to 60%,1.5% and 2% of epoxy resin, the bonding effect of copper/ glass fiber is best, and the bonding shear strength is above 35.69 MPa. It is shown that bonding strength is related to the surface roughness and the surface state of the material after mechanical treatment on the surface of the copper. Generally speaking, the bonding strength of sandblasting potholes surface is higher than that of rough surface. There is a best value of roughness for the highest intensity.By testing the tensile strength and shear strength of the composites, it can be concluded that the shear strength and the tensile strength of copper/rubber composites are basically equal to each other, but the shear strength of copper/glass fiber composites is significantly higher than its tensile strength.The test shows that the corrosion resistance of composite is pretty good, and the stability of copper/rubber composites which is immersed in a high temperature alkaline(80 C,PH12) cleaning solution for 7 months is also good. In also shows that the weightlessness rate of copper/rubber composites is basically stable after the immersion time of 3 months, but copper/rubber joint surface and rubber side micro cracks began to appear and extend interface caused fall off after 7 months. The main reason is the aging of rubber soaked. But the service life of more than 200 days have already higher than the current domestic cleaning service life of the electrode plates. The copper/glass fiber composite bonding interface shows outstanding stability in high temperature alkaline cleaning fluid, but the loss rate of corrosion weight increases gradually. So, the preparation of copper/glass fiber composites conductive plate life will mainly depends on the corrosion rate of glass fiber composite. As long as enough thickness of the glass fiber composites layer is made,the cleaning conductive plate life will be guaranteed.
