107 room temperature vulcanization(RTV)silicone rubber was used as rubber matrix, graphite and graphene nanoplatelets as conductive filler, silica as reinforcing agent, and then electrical conductive silicone rubber was prepared by curing and adding pressure at room temperature and mechanical stirring.The crosslinking degree was investigated and the optimal crosslinking degree of silicone rubber was obtained, which the proportion of the silicone rubber, crosslinking agent, catalyst was 5:1:1(volume percent), respectively. Based on the above results, the effects of graphite content and tension on the resistance of electrical conductive silicone rubber were investigated, and electrical conductive silicone rubber had the best pulling sensitive characteristic when mass fraction of graphite was 41.2%.The influences of the viscosity factors and natural aging on the pulling sensitive characteristic of electrical conductive silicone rubb er were systematically studied, and the results showed that 1500 cs of silicone rubber was suitable for future research. The conductivity of electrical conductive silicone rubber decreased after a year of natural aging, and natural aging affected the pulling sensitive characteristic of electrical conductive silicone rubber.The influences of filled silica and graphene on the electrical conductivity and the pulling sensitive characteristic of electrical conductive sil icone rubber were also studied. Electrical conductive silicone rubber had the best pulling sensitive characteristic when the 2.86%(mass fraction)of silica was introduced. The results showed that the conductivity of electrical conductive silicone rubber was effectively improved by adding graphene, and its linear characteristic became better, but the pulling sensitive characteristic of the rubber was reduced.
