Led by PM2.5 haze weather hazards increased in recent years,which has become an urgent problem to be solved.However,due to China's fixed environmental monitoring station is costly and the number is limited,the monitoring mode is single,it is difficult to adapt to the constantly expanding of urban built-up area and the great changes in the structure of buildings and the distribution of population.Under the background of rapid development of vehicular Ad-Hoc networking(VANET)industry,in view of the above problems,this paper presents a kind of PM2.5 monitoring model which is suitable for the future development of China's urban,a real-time,reliable,high scalability,optimization,and adapt to the development of the Internet of things era monitoring mode——”VANET plus PM2.5 monitoring”,a new model of intelligent environmental protection of a fusion of environmental monitoring industry and VANET industry,to achieve the modernization of environmental monitoring and intelligent management of the environment.Effectively assess the practicality and guiding value of the method through the application simulation research in Guangzhou city.The main works are summarized as follows:?The atmospheric environment monitoring network based on VANET includes vehicle terminal and background service center.Firstly,the architecture of the atmospheric environment monitoring network based on VANET is studied,vehicle terminal integrates PM2.5 sensor module for real-time monitoring of PM2.5 concentration in the environment,completed the car terminal embedded development;Secondly,the optimal vehicle monitoring point selection model is established based on the domestic and foreign research status of atmospheric environmental monitoring network optimization.and two kinds of combinatorial optimization algorithms,including improved genetic algorithm and hybrid genetic simulated annealing algorithm,are designed to solve the model to select the best vehicle monitoring points in different seasons,to achieve intelligent monitoring.Finally,in view of the low utilization rate of air monitoring data in china,the multiscale decision information statistical method is studied,according to continuous monitoring data mining related statistical information,so as to guide the next step of environmental management plan in detail.?Two kinds of designed combinatorial optimization algorithms are applied to the optimization of atmospheric environmental monitoring network in Guangzhou,Each optimal scheme is verified by calculating the accuracy rate based on grid population proportion weighting.According to the analysis of simulation result,the hybrid genetic simulated annealing algorithm is more superiority and feasibility,the optimal layout scheme of mobile vehicle monitoring points of the atmospheric environment monitoring network based on VANET in Guangzhou is obtained.
