With global issues have increasingly become prom inent, such as climate change and resource depletion, low-carbon ideas become more and more popular, and the construction of low-carbon city has also been put into climax, w hile the key to constructing low-carbon city is implementing the low-carbon strategy. So, facing to the problem of the low-carbon strategy is not considered during the treatment and disposal of solid waste(sludge in Dingshanhe wastewater treatment plant and plants in constructed wetlands) in this paper. According to the requirements in low-carbon city, the characteristics of sludge and plants are researched. And then combining the favorable conditions and constraints, a reasonable treatment and disposal program is raised. At the same time, the possibility of co-disposal is giving out after investigated the characteristics of household garbage in Shenzhen, whose carbon emissions are also evaluated using Life Cycle Assessment(LCA). Lastly, an intensive and recycling of low carbon waste management system comes out, which provides importance practical significance for the development of low carbon in solid waste treatment and disposal in Shenzhen low carbon city.This paper studies the characteristics and the status of the solid waste(sludge in Dingshanhe wastewater treatment plant and plant s in constructed wetlands), and then puts forward initial programs. The sludge’s moisture content, organic content, organic matter content, total nutrient the calorific value and heavy metals in dry season are higer than in rainy season is being discovered. Compared to sludge, the moisture content and calorific value are relatively high, while the heavy metal is relatively low, and both have no significant seasonal variation. Considering the standards and the status and planning of low carbon city, two programs are preliminary selected, which are mix-incineration and landfilling of solid waste(sludge in Dingshanhe wastewater treatment plant and plants in constructed wetlands).The further study on the mix-incineration of solid waste(sludge in Dingshanhe wastewater treatment plant and plants in constructed wetlands) program is implemented, and then the concrete program and its parameters are obtained, naming natural drying and co-incineration. Meanwhile, the economic analysis and carbon emission calculation of the mix-incineration and landfilling program are conducted, which shows that the mix-incineration program is more economical and lower carbon emission than the landfilling program.The program of solid waste solid waste(sludge in Dingshanhe wastewater treatment plant and plants in constructed wetlands) co-incineration with household garbage is putted forward by further studies, which could get more economic benefits and more reduction of carbon emission than the mix-incineration program, and which could achieve to build low carbon, intensive, circulation processing of waste treatment and disposal system. Lastely, the total carbon emission coefficient of the whole life cycle of co-incineration program is obtained by e Balance software. |
