| Blast furnace slag is a by-product of iron making process, and it has a very huge output in the process. Currently, the treatment of blast furnace slag not only waste slag sensible heat, but also produce H2 S and other harmful gases that pollute the environment, and in the process of application of blast furnace slag, its added value is low. Through the adjustment of the blast furnace slag composition, adding a small amount of conditioning into the production of blast furnace slag fiber by centrifugal process. This method can make full use of the slag sensible heat at the same time and achieve high added value utilization of the blast furnace slag and reduce environmental pollution.In order to study the influence law of the blast furnace slag centrifugal fibre by the various factors. The fiber forming process was divided into five parts for discussing, and the blast furnace slag centrifugal fibre mathematical model is established by the boundary layer theory. By solving the von karman integral equation to analyze the relationship between fiber number and slag density, temperature, surface tension, and the centrifugal roller speed in the process of blast furnace slag.By using RTW-08 type melt property determination to measure the high slag viscosity of different acidity coefficient modulation, and learning fibre experiments under the condition of different revolving speed, to study the effects of fibre forming with different temperature and revolving speed. The results show that the rate and effect of fiber forming is better with the slag drop temperature maintained at 1290 to 1390. The fiber forming rate of blast furnace slag was increased along with the increase of revolving speed.Through the determination of the properties of blast furnace slag fiber prepared by different acidity coefficient and rotational speed, combined with XRD,SEM and other means of detection, to study the influence of the acidity coefficient and the speed of centrifugal roller on the physical and chemical properties of the blast furnace slag. The results show that the slag drop temperature should be maintained at 1290 to 1390, the viscosity is controlled in 1 ~ 3 Pa ? s, and the fiber effect is better. With the increase of rotation rate, the rate of fiber was improved obviously. The fiber diameter is proportional to the diameter of the roll, and the larger roll diameter is, the more fiber is. With increasing speed, fiber rate is obviously improved, in current under the condition of four roller diameter mm 1#213, mm 2#295, mm 3#295, mm 3#295 speed control in 1#2707 ~ 3000 r / min, 2#3093 ~ 4000 r / min, 3#4350 ~ 4500 r / min, 4#5000 ~ 5800 r / min, the fiber forming rate is high, and the effect is better. |
