The new anti influenza drugs the most representative are neuraminidase inhibitors.This thesis selects the listed of novel anti influenza virus drug as the research object which peramivir trihydrate sodium chloride injection and oseltamivir phosphate capsules,as the basic research on raman spectrum detection and theoretical modeling analysis.The experiment gives the Raman peaks activity of principal component drugs,then constructs the spatial structure of peramivir trihydrate and oseltamivir phosphate.The theoretical Raman Spectrum and infrared Spectrum were calculated by using the Density Functional Theory(M062X) method and the vibrational frequencies of the Raman peaks were analyzed. Vibrational modes were assigned to All active peaks.According to the different ratio of peramivir trihydrate sodium chloride injection and oseltamivir phosphate capsules powder, analyzed the characteristic range. Finally, the Raman Spectrum of different samples were analyzed by using linear regression function.The recognition results and reality show good agreement.This efforts will contribute to the research and application of Raman spectroscopy in the field of drug identification.
