Spinning as a special processing method has a certain degree of superiority in metal plastic forming. By means of spinning, the process can not only save the raw material but also can make the work piece with good quality and precision, which can process the simple shape of the work piece also can process complex shape work piece. However the research on the spinning process is not deep. In practice, it is generally dependent on the experience and test. Some problems in the process of spinning are not easy to solve. In recent years,computer simulation technology has been applied in the research of metal processing and the research on the spinning process is also in depth. So this paper uses the method of computer simulation to simulate the process of tube spinning.Cylindrical pieces spinning processing model is established based on the three-dimensional finite element analysis software of ABAQUS. The stress and strain of cylindrical parts machining process and blank material flow characteristics have analyzed.And have researched the working Angle,wheel spin round radius, feed rate and the processing parameters, such as the reduction ratio of hole diameter and wall thickness difference for the influence law of uplift coefficient. Also put forward my own views in view of the cylindrical pieces spinning processing low uplift, fault and forming precision problem.hoping to improve the forming quality and reducing waste of time, having a good guiding significance.
