Cylindrical parts are widely used in pipelines,containers and shells in various industries.The spinning forming parts have high precision,excellent performance,and good surface finish,making them the first choice for processing important parts.Spinning processing is to apply pressure to the material point by point through the forming tool to process the material into the required shape,so it is suitable for processing high-strength and difficult-to-deform materials,but the forming efficiency is low.This subject proposes a new type of processing technology—roller spinning processing technology,which increases the contact length between the forming tool and the tube blank to ensure the forming quality under a large feed ratio.The research object of this article is the processing technology of tubular workpiece(1)A cylindrical workpiece rolling process technology is proposed to solve the problem that ordinary spinning cannot be formed under a large feed ratio or the forming quality is low.The realization method is by lengthening the deformation contact area The axial contact length of the forming tool and the tube blank,thereby improving the occurrence of surface corrugation of the tube blank with a large feed ratio.At the same time,the forming tool is arranged in the way of planetary skew forming,so that it can produce an axis that helps the tube blank material.The sub-velocity and thrust(friction force)of the forward flow improve the axial flow ability of the deformed material in the spinning zone.(2)The hypothesis that the tube blank is semi-infinite makes reasonable assumptions in the roller rotation model,At the same time,reasonable assumptions are made on the roller spinning model.By projecting the contact area of the roller spinning to the three coordinate planes of the coordinate system,and according to the principle that the contact pressures of each point in the spinning zone are nearly equal,the roller spinning is obtained Parameter model of force and energy.In addition,the speed analysis of each point on the working surface of the roller during the process of the roller spinning is carried out to provide a certain theoretical basis for the adjustment of the process.(3)A three-dimensional model was established by Solidworks software,the material properties,interactions,loads,and element types were reasonably defined,and the grid was divided to establish a 3D roll column spinning finite element model based on simplified and reasonable assumptions on the model.(4)The ABAQUS software was used to compare and simulate the feed ratio f,the thinning amount t_p,the feed angle?,the rolling angle?and the number of rollers n among the process parameters.The finite element simulation results were analyzed and analyzed.The influence of different parameters of the roller spinning process on the stress and strain,wall thickness value,wall thickness deviation,ovality,diameter expansion,and tube blank material accumulation of the workpiece after spinning are discussed.(5)Six sets of spinning experiments were performed on the roller column spinning,and the surface roughness of the spinned samples was tested,and the relationship between the roughness and the process parameters was discussed.
