At present, with the change of industrial structure, water rich nutrition "phenomenon is more and more serious, sewage treatment plant need to change previously only remove BOD SS process objectives, but also must have related functions of the nitrogen and phosphorus removal. Therefore, one of the research focuses in the field of wastewater treatment is to improve the efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus removal by using innovative treatment methods. In this paper, by referring to the relevant domestic and foreign literature, we design and improve a turbulent flow device which is independent of turbulence intensity, and then use it to test the stable operation of the device for sewage treatment. In depth study of the effect of turbulence fluctuation on the reactor treatment effect and the mechanism of its reaction kinetics.Through the pre experiment and improvement of the test plan, the comparison between groups was carried out, and the optimal value of the vibration period was obtained. And on the basis of the optimum vibration period, the improved operating conditions are optimized, the corresponding reaction dynamics model is established, and the related reaction mechanism is analyzed. The results obtained are as follows:Due to its special structure and unique flow characteristics, the vibrating grid reactor can make the solute in the water body to spread fully, which is close to the ideal homogeneous batch reactor. At the same time, it provides a full and appropriate shear force to the surrounding material, which has created a good environment for the transformation of the microorganism into the biofilm and the metabolism of the biofilm. The traditional treatment method is the model of the fixed water flow in the filling material. This model of microbial activity is narrow, the ability to capture water pollutants limited. The vibrating grid reactor can change the passive treatment, increase the range of microbial activity, make the biofilm move, and greatly improve the efficiency of wastewater treatment.At 26 C, suitable for the environment of dissolved oxygen, comprehensive consideration of economic, removal efficiency and other factors. The best vibration period is, and the best vibration period is 4S, and the reactor can obtain satisfactory treatment effect. The removal efficiencies of chemical oxygen demand(COD), total nitrogen(TN) and total phosphorus(TP) were 72.9%, 82.7%, 79.2%, respectively.Plenty of dissolved oxygen in 26 DEG C, periodic vibration 4S environment, the chemical oxygen demand(COD), total nitrogen(TN), total phosphorus(TP) reaction rate constant K respectively: 0.0038min-1, 0.0052min-1, 0.0041min-1, the chemical oxygen demand(COD), total nitrogen(TN), total phosphorus(TP) reaction half-life(T1 / 2) respectively is: 182.41 min, 133.30 min, 169.06 min. And nitrogen removal was mainly for short cut denitrification and denitrification(SND).In response to the biological membrane method, the dissolved oxygen should be controlled in 2.0mg/L or so, but this value is easily affected by the process of nitrification and denitrification(SND). It should be combined with the specific circumstances, such as the thickness of the biofilm, the type of the reactor, and so on.
