There are two main obstacles in the traditional sewage biological treatment technology. One is the infrastructure investment and operation costs of the sewage treatment facilities become higher. The other one is the mass transfer rate of the reaction substances in the biodegradation process is low and the sewage treatment effect is limited. Thus, how to improve the quality of mass transfer process becomes the key to improve the quality of sewage treatment. As the core processing equipment, the filler has an important influence on the effect of sewage treatment. Most of the current research at home and abroad focused on the material properties, surface properties and the shape of the filler, while few of them concerned about the impact of filler on the mass transfer effect in the reactor.Based on the above two problems,in order to solve the phenomenon of low mass transfer efficiency in the process of sewage treatment,a vibration grid reactor is designed. In order to analyze the effects of fillers on the sewage treatment in the course of movement based on the high quality mass transfer in the vibration grid reactor, this paper compares the effluent effects of the vibrating grille reactor and the stationary control group through a series of different influent flow and aeration values. From the data analysis, the following conclusions can be drawn:1)The turbulent hydraulic environment can be formed in the reactor during the movement with the grid plate, besides, the vibration grid reactor can take the initiative to contact the sewage and more extensive capture of organic wastewater in the substrate, the effect of the vibrating grating reactor was better than that of the control reactor, and the average removal rate of COD and TN was 13% and 9.1% higher than the control group respectively.2)When the water temperature is at 26 ? and the grating plate vibration cycle is 4s/week,the treatment efficiency of the reactor is proportional to the hydraulic retention time. The longer the residence time, the better the treatment effect is;the treatment efficiency of the reactor is proportional to the gas-water ratio: the higher the GWR,the better the treatment effect and the lower the effluent concentration of the reactor become. The optimum operating parameters of the reactor are HRT is at 2.5h and the GWR is 5: 1.Under this operating parameter, the reactor can reduce the energy consumption on the basis of disposal.3)The fillers can effectively incise the oxygen bubbles in the course of movement and make the size of the bubbles smaller,in order to change the rising path of oxygen in the reactor, making the existing time of the oxygen longer. At the same time, the incision also prevents the bubbles from enlarging,so that the pace of the reactor tends to be uniform.Consequently, the interface of gas and liquid becomes larger, and the interchange of its surface accelerates, when the aeration values are at 50L/h,100L/h and 200L/h respectively, the saturation values of dissolved oxygen Cs?mg/l?of vibration grid reactor groups and the stationary control groups were respectively 7.75,7.08;7.99,7.06;8.11,7.15,and the oxygen mass transfer rate Kla?1/h?were 22.94,19.78;23.87,19.88;24.91,23.78,respectively.Compared with the stationary control group, the vibration grid reactor had higher saturated dissolved oxygen value and oxygen mass transfer efficiency.4)From the experimental results of COD static kinetics, the degradation rate of COD increased along with aeration rate and the degradation rate reaches the maximum at 180 min. When the aeration rate is 40,80,100,140L/h,The corresponding COD degradation equation is S=S0e-0.00331t?S=S0e-0.00527t?S=S0e-0.00567t?S=S0e-0.00637 t.
