With the improvement of the living standard, more and more attention is paid to the need for cosmetics by people, especially safety and nature of products. As the quintessence of Chinese herbal medicine in China,it can be developed for Chinese herbal medicine cosmetics as raw materials.Nowadays the fermentation technology of Chinese herbal medicine, which has a long history, has been inheritted Chinese herbal medicine processing fermentation and combined with the microecology research and modern microbial engineering. Chinese herbal medicine can change the original performance after fermentation. The sufficient separation and extraction of its effective ingredients also make it more bioactive, producing or enhancing new efficacy. This paper discusses good activity of skin moisturizing of fermentation liquor through notoginseng fermentation, with moisturizing activity as an index, best strains, carbon source, nitrogen source, fermentation temperature, fermentation period and inoculation amount are screened. The main research results are as follows:(1) Bacteria's separation: measuring the moisture rate, skin moisturizing performance and human body test results as indexes in vitro method, kefir is determined as the best fermentation.(2) Fermentation optimization: the best fermentation conditions are selecting 5% fructose as carbon source,7.5% ammonia chloride as nitrogen source, with adding 3% inoculation quantity in 31 environment temperature fermenting 16 hours.?(3)The Moisturizing effect Of anoderma lucidum fermenting liquor under the best is more better than 10% glycerol and SK?facial.(4) There are sugar saccharide carbohydrate, polyphenolic compounds, amino acid or polypeptide in fermentation liquor of ganoderma.
