In this thesis, composite was synthesized with isocyanate, modified montmorillonite and hogwash oil polyol which was modified by using glycerin, pentaerythritol, sorbitol as modified agent. And experimental conditions which had effect on the properties of the composite were mainly discussed. And several important results were gained as follows:(1) The hogwash oil polyol were prepared by using glycerin, pentaerythritol, sorbitol as modified agent respectively. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, molar ratio of modified agent were investigated. Results showed that the optimum preparation conditions for hogwash oil polyol based on glycerin were determined as reaction temperature of 170?, reaction time of 2.3 h and molar ratio of modified agent of 1:2; the optimum preparation conditions for hogwash oil polyol based on pentaerythritol were determined as reaction temperature of 210 ?, reaction time of 2.5 h and molar ratio of modified agent of 1:1.4; the optimum preparation conditions for hogwash oil polyol based on sorbitol were determined as reaction temperature of 160 ?, reaction time of 2 h and molar ratio of modified agent of 1:1.4.(2) Polyurethane based on hogwash oil polyol and isocyanate were synthesized. The effects of water absorbency, water permeability and tensile property were investigated. Taking glycerin, pentaerythritol, sorbitol as modified agent, the maximum tensile strength were 1.8 MPa, 1.93 MPa, 1.51 MPa, the highest water absorbency were 3.82%, 4.53%, 2.31% and water permeability were 25 g/(m~2?d), 34 g/(m~2?d), 15 g/(m~2?d) respectively.(3) The modified-montmorillonites were prepared using sodium montmorillonite and a series of PVP as raw material and intercalation agents respectively through solution intercalation under the ultrasonic dispersion. The structure and properties were characterized by IR and XRD. Results showed that the intercalation agent successfully intercalated into the layers of montmorillonite, widened the interlamellar distance of montmorillonite and improved the dispersion.(4) Composite based on hogwash oil polyol and modified montmorillonite was synthesized via solution blending solution. The effects of water absorbency, water permeability and tensile property were investigated. Taking glycerin, pentaerythritol, sorbitol as modified agent, the maximum tensile strength were 5.62 MPa, 7.31 MPa, 2.4 MPa, the highest water absorbency were 38%, 34%, 35% and water permeability were 125 g/(m~2?d), 108 g/(m~2?d), 110 g/(m~2?d) respectively, which were significantly improved compared with polyurethane.(5) The surface sturcutre, morphology and heat property of hogwash oil-based polyurethane/modified-montmorillonite composite were analyzed by IR, TG and SEM. The result showed modified montmorillonite inserted into the polymer layer, changed the structure and compounded polymer together. At the same time, polyurethane /modified-montmorillonite composite had better thermal stability. The best dispersion was when the addition is 5%, 7%, 5% of modified montmorillonite.(6) The effects of degradation of hogwash oil-based polyurethane/modified montmorillonite composite and polyurethane products were investigated. Results showed that the degradation of hogwash oil-based polyurethane/modified montmorillonite composite was better than that of polyurethane products. The SEM showed that the internal structure had been changed after the degradation.(7) A study was conducted on the mechanism of slow release of hogwash oil-based polyurethane/modified montmorillonite composite based on glycerin, pentaerythritol, sorbitol coated urea. The results of hogwash oil-based polyurethane/modified montmorillonite composite based on glycerin, pentaerythritol coincided with sustained-release quality standard while hogwash oil-based polyurethane/modified montmorillonite composite based on sorbitol didn't.
