In recent years, with the continuous improvement of people’s living standards. The people are increasing the demand and consumption of oil, the waste oil is also alarge increase. Many criminals, playing up the idea of used cooking oil, they take theswill oil, fry oil, pigs, cattle oil, after refining processing, will be illegal cooking oilused as edible oil sales crime occurred frequently in recent years. This kind ofbehavior is not only harm the interests of consumers, interfere with the managementorder of the waste oil in China, more to the masses of the people’s health has broughtgreat threat. Now, as our government departments to crack down on the crime ofillegal cooking oil food strength increasing, criminals by increasing refiningtechnology, to escape detection, inspection departments to crack down on illegalprocessing of "Hogwash Oil" work has brought a big obstacle. In this paper, both at home and abroad on the basis of the research status of wasteoil, summarized the current detection that is generally used to identify indicators.Proposed in this study choose chloride, acetic acid ions, sodium ions as an index ofdetection identification, with good selectivity, high sensitivity, simple operationmethod of ion chromatography as a testing technology. Aims to b uild a set of feasible, convenient and quick hogwash oil testing identification method, in detection ofhogwash oil to regulators to offer help.First of all, the experiment randomly collected each restaurant waste coarse swilloil, fry old oil as raw materials for the experiment, and to simulate the hogwash oilrefining process under the condition of the experiment. Through the analysis ofrefining conditions are discussed, process the oil with decolorization anddeodorization. The hogwash oil after refining with qualified edible oil has no obviousdifferences in sensory.Second, using ion chromatography method for the refining process of hogwashoil, acetic acid sodium ions and chloride ions concentration change and comparesthem with qualified edible oil. By joining the n-hexane and reasonable ultrasoundtime to optimize the processing. Again, the simulated hogwash oil mixed with qualified edible oil by certainproportion, the use of specific ions, sodium acetate ion and chloride ion ratio of twoindicators for testing to identify, to determine whether qualified edible oil adulterationhogwash oil, and the minimum blending ratio can be detected. Finally, the experimental results show that the three kinds of ions have theidentification meaning about the detection of hogwash oil, can be used to identifywhether the sample for hogwash oil and whether qualified edible oil added hogwashoil. Pretreatment process optimization effectively reduce the oil viscosity, watermixed with sample full contact, and let stand for layered after ultrasonic oil waterinterface clear, improve the ion extraction amount, shorten the extraction time, set upa rapid detection identification experiment method of hogwash oil.
