With the rapid development of production techniques, coal mining efficiencies of most enterprises have been continuously improved. However, the unknown surrounding environment of the mining area brings a lot of hidden dangers to coal mining. In order to know the underground distribution of mining area in advance, the paper designs a wireless detection transmitter system which can transmit radio electromagnetic waves. The receiver will analyze and process echo signals. Thus the type and thickness of underground media will be learned.The wireless detection transmitter system studied in this paper is based on reflection detection method of ground penetrating radar. It can transmit high power radio frequency signals. In order to achieve a deeper level of exploration, 100 MHz has been chosen as the center frequency. Each module of the transmitter will be chosen and designed properly as to realize 100 MHz frequency signal. The signal will be generated based on FPGA technology.Then it comes into a PA(Power Amplifier) to be amplified. Finally the signal will be transmitted through a rectangular microstrip patch antenna. For frequency synthesis part, code debugging has been carried out in Quartus II and Modelsim has been used for simulation.Ultimately achieving its function in DE2-115 development board. For high power amplifier module, Cadence software has been used to design PCB and circuit of MHW1345. Antenna module has been simulated with HFSS. After debugging each module, using radio frequency connector to complete the entire system and testing it. The function of the transmit then has been realized.The innovation point of this paper lies in achieving the full digital signal generation and a lower center frequency. In this way, deeper distance detection will be realized. Appling wireless advanced detection technology to coal-mining areas will improve coal mining efficiency and reduce coal mine accidents.
