Coal spontaneous combustion is the main disaster threatening the safe production of coal mine. Studying the law of temperature oxidation of coal at low temperature and analyzing the spontaneous combustion characteristics of coal seam, which has great significance to guide the fire prevention and fire prevention work in coal mine site. In this paper, the characteristics of coal spontaneous combustion are studied by the improved adiabatic oxidation experiment.Firstly, based on the theory of spontaneous combustion of coal, we establish the heat balance equation of heat conduction and convection heat transfer and heat transfer of coal, calculate the heating conditions in adiabatic heating coal oxidation experiment and determine the experimental parameters. It is important to study on the coal adiabatic experiment.Then, based on the use of coal oxidation kg adiabatic heating experiment system, When the coal sample was to pass into the pure oxygen condition, we tested Shen Dong 2-2 seam of coal samples and studied variation of temperature and gas products. We calculated parameters of coal spontaneous combustion and established a computational model of coal spontaneous combustion activation energy and reaction order, calculating the kinetic parameters.Subsequently, under the similar experimental conditions, the coal sample was made primary and secondary oxidation experiment. When the coal body was oxidized by the two time, the heating rate is higher than the one at a time, and the activation energy is smaller than once, which shows that when the secondary oxidation of coal, spontaneous combustion tendency is greater than once oxidation.Finally, the experimental results derived adiabatic oxidation of the mathematical model for other conditions coal natural warming law. Coal spontaneous heating mathematical model was established under other conditions. Using the combination of adiabatic oxidation experiment and numerical calculation method, we can get the coal sample spontaneous combustion parameters under air conditions and find that the results of simulation are basically consistent with the experimental results of large-scale coal spontaneous combustion experiment.This study is great significance to guide the prevention and control of spontaneous combustion of coal by rapid analysis of the characteristic parameters of coal spontaneous combustion.
