| Fruits and vegetables have a lot of varieties in our country while wide distribution is an obvious characteristic of it. But the fruits and vegetables preservation technology and transportation facilities is relatively backward, which resulting serious loss after harvest during transportation. In the transportation, the key factors on the quality of fruits and vegetables preservation is temperature and relative humidity.Subtle changes in the temperature and humidity will lead to a decline in the transportation of fruit and vegetable quality, if under the low temperature and relative humidity,container can keep in good condition,otherwise it will influence on the quality of fruits and vegetables. Currently there is less domestic research on container humidification system.In order to develop suitable fresh-keeping transportation equipment for vegetable and fruit,and to make ensure the quality of fruits and vegetables, this project based on standard containers mainly for20 ft and 40 ft standard container two different box structure to design two kind of humidifying system by taking theoretical analysis, geometric modeling, experimental research and trial production, The main research work and results are as follows:1) Take standard container as the research object. Analysis the 20 ft and 40 ft standard container by their working principle,box structure and internal flow field,make design scheme of humidifying system on the basis of analysis,carry on the contrastive analysis of different humidifying device of humidifier, and then select the appropriate humidifier,which provides a hardware foundation for the development of land refrigerated container humidifying system.2) According to the design scheme of 20 ft refrigerated container humidifying system,build a 20 ft container humidifying test platform and make a humidifying performance testing. Take fan speed, atomization quantity of ultrasonic, height of tank liquid level between air intake and inlet length as important parameters of the test platform.Thehumidification characteristic test by changing the fan speed, atomization quantity of ultrasonic, height of tank liquid level between air intake and inlet length, in order to study the effect of various factors on the humidification,and analysis of humidity adjusting characteristics of humidification system.The effect of humidification is characterized by the efficiency of humidification and uniformity of humidification.The experiment results show that the fan speed, atomization quantity of ultrasonic, height of tank liquid level between air intake and inlet length affect large,when the height of tank liquid level is 20 cm, fan current is 0.8A,atomization quantity of ultrasonic is 9.6L/h, inlet length is 60 cm, humidification time is 35 s, the humidifying effect is the best.3) According to the design scheme of 40 ft refrigerated container humidifying system,build a 40 ft container humidifying test platform and make a humidifying performance testing. Take height between air intake and tank liquid level,air volume of air intake,atomization quantity of ultrasonic and angle of guide plate as important parameters of the test platform.The humidification characteristic test by changing the height between air intake and tank liquid level,air volume of air intake,atomization quantity of ultrasonic and angle of guide plate, in order to study the effect of various factors on the humidification,and analysis of humidity adjusting characteristics of humidification system.The effect of humidification is characterized by the efficiency of humidification and uniformity of humidification.The experiment results show that the height between air intake and tank liquid level,air volume of air intake,atomization quantity of ultrasonic affect large,and angle of guide plate affect less.When the height of tank liquid level is 10 cm, air volume of air intake is 0.24m3/s,atomization quantity of ultrasonic is 9.6L/h, humidification time is 54 s, the humidifying effect is the best.4) According to the design scheme, preliminary test results and engineering design drawings, trial production of 20 ft and 40 ft land refrigerated container each one, finish container humidification system installation and test the humidifying performance of the container. |
