In order to systematically study the Duyun Maojian tea,the main biochemical components of Duyun Maojian among different habitats and different variety were analyzed,together with organoleptic evaluation,explore the constituent and quality characteristic.Besides,the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) was applied in the measurement of trace elements content in Duyun Maojian Tea and search for characteristic elements.Finally the research explore antitumor ability of the Duyun Maojian Green Tea water extract in vitro and in vivo.The experimental result indicated tha:1.In General,compared with the two control,the content of biochemical components were rich in Duyun Maojian,there were some differences between different tea samples.The average content of water extract was 41.94%(the range was 37.58% ~ 44.31%),the tea polyphenol was 28.57%(the range was 27.70% ~29.54%),the amino acids was 3.34%(the range was 2.50% ~ 4.17%),the flavonoid was 0.62%(the range was 0.39% ~ 0.73%),the soluble sugar was 2.54%(the range was 2.21%~3.07%),the alkaloids was 4.36%(the range was 3.88%~5.34%),the chlorophyl a was 1.80mg/g(the range was 1.61mg/g~1.96mg/g),the chlorophyl b was 1.47mg/g(the range was 1.07mg/g~1.75mg/g),the total chlorophyll was 3.37mg/g(the range was 2.84mg/g~3.71mg/g),the total catechins was 13.68%(the range was 10.67% ~ 16.36%).The order of the content of the eight kinds of Duyun Maojian was: EGCG > EGC > GCG > EC > C > ECG > GC > CG, among which the content of EGCG was the highest and CG was the lowest.The average content of ester type catechins(EGCG+GCG+ECG+CG) was more higher than non-galloylated catechins(EGC+EC+C+GC).Correlation analysis and path analysis results indicated that the contents of chlorophyll and amino acids had strong effect on Duyun Maojian quality.2.From the point of content of the main biochemical components,native varieties in water extract content(43.00%) higher than the Fu Ding Da Bai(41.05%),the tea polyphenol content of the native varieties(28.61%) was slightly higher than the Fu Ding Da Bai(28.54%),the amino acids content of the native varieties(3.28%) slightly lower than the Fu Ding Da Bai(3.39%) and flavonoid were 0.62% in native varieties and Fu Ding Da Bai, the content of soluble sugar(2.52%) in native varieties was slightly lower than the Fu Ding Da Bai(2.55%), native varieties of total chlorophyll(3.41%) slightly higher than the Fu Ding Da Bai(3.34%), the native varieties of total alkaloids(4.39%) is slightly higher than the Fu Ding Da Bai(4.34%).3.Duyun Maojian tea from five tea-producing areas were in the tea quality rang e of national green food provisions. 1)The average content of Cu,Co,Ni,Zn,Cr,Mo,Pb and rare earth elements were respectively9.878?g/g,0.515?g/g,7.147?g/g,34.401?g/g,0.854?g/g,0.104?g/g,0.304?g/g,0.246?g/g.2)To be specific, the trace elements content is generally less other were Ping Tang and Du Yun; Weng An was higher than other.3)After principal component analysis, the Co and Zn were the characteristic elements of Duyun Maojian tea.4.In the MTT assay,Duyun Maojian tea extract showed the inhibitory activity against tumor cells with high selectivity(the 50% inhibition concentration(IC50) of human gastric cancer cell line MGC-803 was 32.5??, the IC50 of normal cell VEC was 367.9??). The cell cycle and apoptosis analysis show that cell growth arrest at the G0/G1 phase as the concentration increased,and the proportion of apoptosis cells also increased.Duyun Maojian tea extract could significantly inhibit the MGC-803 tumor growth in the in-vivo antitumor experiment(drug concentration was 500 mg / kg /d,inhibition rate was 31.0%),without obvious toxic side effects.
