The Theoretical Research On The Construction Of Ecological Civilization Of The Communist Party Of China Since The Sixteen National Congress

Ecological environment problems have a long history. After the outbreak of the industrial revolution, with the expansion of the scale of the human transformation of nature,the global scope of the ecological environment has been greatly degraded. China's natural environment has also suffered a serious vandalism, however, the Chinese Communist Party as the ruling party pay attention to the importance of environmental protection, especially since the 16 th National Congress of the CPC, the Communist Party of China put forward a major strategic decision related to a series of ecological civilization construction. Taking the theory of ecological civilization construction as the research object, this paper explores and studies the formation background, process, content, characteristics and significance of the theory, which is of great significance to grasp the construction of ecological civilization and promote the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.This paper consists of two parts: the preface and the main body. The full text is a total of six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which introduces the research background, significance, domestic and international research trends, research ideas and methods, the main innovation and the definition of related concepts. The second chapter is the formation conditions of the theory, including the theoretical origin and the situation of the global ecological environment and the situation of China's ecological environment. The third chapter is the formation process of theory, and this part consists of the explorations of Hu Jintao as the general secretary of the CPC Central Leadership Group and Xi Jinping as the general secretary of the CPC Central Leadership Group on the theory of ecological civilization construction. The fourth chapter is the main content of the theory, and this part discusses the theoretical content of the ecological civilization construction of the Communist Party of China from sixteen aspects of guiding ideology, basic principles,ecological ideas, system objectives, strategic tasks, safeguard measures and so on. The fifth chapter is the characteristics and significance of the theory, and mainly discusses the main characteristics, theoretical significance and practical significance of Communist Party of China's construction of ecological civilization since the Sixteenth National Congress of the CPC. The sixth chapter is the conclusion and discussion.This paper argues that the main features of the theory are comprehensive, coordinated development, the rule of law and governance system. Theoretical significance includes the theory of ecological civilization construction of the Communist Party of China is the new breakthrough of the theory of human civilization, the important part of the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the theoretical results of the Marx doctrine in china;Practical significance includes that ecological civilization construction effectively solve the problem of and constraints in our country increasingly strengthen the resources and the environment, and to promote the transformation of the mode of economic development,improve the ecological environment and improve people's quality of life and to solve the problem of intergenerational justice, highlighting the image of China as a responsible big country and improve our position in the international community.There are three innovations in this paper. First, this paper discusses the formation process of the theory combined with the new era of Xi Jinping as the general secretary of the CPC central leadership group to explore the theory of ecological civilization construction. Second, The main contents of this paper are summarized from the perspective of the guiding ideology, Basic principles, ecological concepts, system objectives, strategic tasks, security measures and so on of the construction of ecological civilization. Third, A summary of the main content of this paper is combined with the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, issued by the State Council Opinions on Accelerating the Construction Of Ecological Civilization, Overall Ecological Civilization Reform Program two authority of the new file.
