The New Development And Value Of Chinese Communist Party's Ecological Civilization Since The Eighteenth National Congress Of The CPC

Ecological civilization is the inevitable requirement of the development of contemporary China.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the Communist Party of China,in a great perspective on the evolution of human civilization,put forward a series of ecological civilization thought from the historical dimension of the realization of the Chinese dream,and the response to the ecological needs of the people.This paper systematically studies the new development of the ecological civilization of the Communist Party of China from the 18 th CPC National Congress,and then summarizes some experiences in order to better promote the construction of ecological civilization in our country at present and in the future.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part clarifies the theoretical and realistic basis of the ecological civilization from the following three aspects: the advanced ecological thought of mankind,the ecological thought of the successive leaders of the party and the present situation of ecological environment at home and abroad.The second part draws on the new prospects of beautiful China from the 18 th National Congress,and responds to the new essence of the people's needs,the new thinking of the life community and the new focus on the international dimension,reveals a new realm of ecological civilization.The third part emphasizes the new path of developing ecological civilization under the guidance of the new concept,sorting and analysing from the "five in one" overall layout and the specific planning.The fourth part highlights the construction of ecological civilization system,by perfecting the achievement assessment,improving the laws and regulations,demarcating the red line of ecology and improving the ecological compensation and other measures to achieve the greatest protection of the ecological civilization.On the basis of summarizing and refining,the fifth part reveals the value of ecological civilization from three points of view: the richness of theory,the advance of practice and the leading of civilization.The sixth part is the conclusion,which is the summary of the whole research results.Thus,it provides a powerful ideological weapon and action guide for the construction of ecological civilization.
