As China's economic development, energy has become increasingly prominent, with traditional fossil fuel demand, and it urgently need to find clean energy solution to the crisis. The hydro, solar and wind energy in our country has been more widely used. Food waste is a form of municipal solid waste, whose leachate is the stack composed of a variety of organic and inorganic pollutants in the process of infiltration from the liquid, if not treated emissions will cause serious pollution of surface water and groundwater. As China's economic development, China's poultry industry has developed rapidly, its farming scale expanding. One of the effective means to deal with livestock waste and kitchen garbage leachate and other organic matter is the anaerobic digestion technology.Through anaerobic digestion can produce clean energy, biogas, reducing environmental pollution, turning waste into treasure. In recent years, the research in this field is more in favor of combined anaerobic digestion, compared to anaerobic digestion, anaerobic digestion can improve the performance of digestion to a certain extent.The experiment contents are as follows. Analysis the differents proerties of the kitchen waste leachate collectioned from a hotel in Changchun City, which be aerobic composted in different time.Select the leachate which C/N and COD value higher and anaerobic digestion in the medium temperature conditions(37 degrees) with different proportions of the pig-breeding waste which collectioned from a farm in Changchun City. Analysis the p H, methane production,methane content, chemical oxygen demand(COD) and ammonia nitrogen(+4NH-N) in the anaerobic digestion process. At the same time, using the DGGE technology to analyze the microbial population in the combined anaerobic digestion system.The results showed that the C/N and COD values were higher after 25 days of aerobic composting. The p H in different proportions of kitchen garbage infiltration filtrate and pig-breeding waste in anaerobic digestion process is better than the single digestion, and when the kitchen garbage infiltration filtrate and pig-breeding waste ratio is 1:3, the performance is the best.The combined anaerobic digestion gas production rate is higher than the single digestion, and with relatively high methane yield increase of pig-breeding waste was more obvious. After 30 days of anaerobic digestion, the cumulative biogas production decreased gradually, which shows that the anaerobic digestion process is coming to the end. In the whole process of anaerobic digestion,methane content showed different change trend with the diferent feed ratio. The maximum COD value appears in the 25 day. NH4+-N has two times to reach the peak and the methane yieldincreased with time. The DGGE Analysis showed that the microbial species and amount be made more obvious changes in the addition of leachate. Some dominant bacterium was found. Therefore,combined with anaerobic digestion technology proposed in this paper has important popularization and application value in the aspects of food waste and livestock waste disposal.
