It's urgent to solve kitchen garbage problems with development of citified process and the improvement of people's life level. Recently, anaerobic co-digestion is an effective way to dealing the kitchen garbage. In this paper, the different OLRs of the restaurant's kitchen garbage with anaerobic sludge as the inoculum were investigated in the mesophilic anaerobic co-digestion system under pH controlled or no controlled.The results under no pH controlled show that pH of the digestion system automatically raised to 7.2 with the OLR of 15gVs/L, which the acidification process were reversible. The pH with the OLR of 30gVs/L was automatically recovered in the late stage of the test. But there was into the methanation because of the limited time. The acidification process of the OLR of 60gVs/L and 90gVs/L were irreverible, which accompanied an accumulation of VFAs and acid inhibition. The higher the OLR was, the lower the acidification point was. The lowest acidification points measured of 1#-4# were 5.57,4.98,4.88 and 4.56.Controlling pH to a suitable scope about 6.8-7.2 can shorten the time of hydrolysis and acidogenesis, increasen the hydrolysis and acidogenesis rates, promote the degradation degradation of VFAs, ensure the process of the methanogenic reaction. the result of 5#-8# shows that the biogas yield was 0.18L/gVs,0.85L/gVs,0.69L/gVs and 0.44L/gVs, and the content of the methane was 65%,82%,75% and 69%, respectively.In addition, the component of inoculum can affect the process of anaerobic co-digestion.
