In recent years,China's coal mine safety situation has improved,but the safety accidentsoccur occasionally,the gas accident is one of the main disasters in the coal mine production which has become an important factor restricting the safe production in coal mine,how to effectively monitor the coal mine gas environment is the key to solve the problem of coal mine safety.With the development of Internet of things and sensor network technology,multi-sensor data fusion technology has become a research hotspot.In particular it can make up the unilateral defects of single sensor fusion results,bytaking advantage of sensors differences in performance and complementary,which for the coal mine complex and changeful environment monitoring and early warning has good adaptability.The paper is based on the multi-sensor data fusion,start with the basic principle of fusion algorithm,first of all analyzes the characteristic of the specific gas environment of coal mine,summarizesthe cause of the accidents of gas,then research the multi-sensor data fusion theory and algorithm,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of current main data fusion algorithm and the corresponding application environment,and focus research the D-S evidence theory algorithm,improve the lack of evidence theory algorithm in solving the problem of conflict exists,finally puts forward a coal mine gas early-warning model based on multi sensor data fusion,thus improved the reliability of coal mine gas safety warning.The main work of this paper is divided into the following parts:(1)Analysis and research on the problems existing in the current coal mine gas environment monitoring and early warning,summary the coal mine gas disaster type,causes of gas accident andthe index selection ofcause gas acciden,master the characteristics of coal mine gas and other environmental parameters.For the following multi sensor data fusion technology in coal mine environment specific that provide the foundation for the application.(2)Analysis andresearch on the theory of data fusion in multi-sensor data fusion,each algorithm advantages and disadvantages,the method of data fusion of the realize and some typical applications were summarized And focus on the analysis of the D-S evidence theory.This paper proposes an improved D-S evidence theory.(3)On the basis of the research on the theory and method of data fusion,according to data fusion of the hierarchical concept,combined with the characteristics of coal mine monitoring and control system data flow,determine the gas data fusion levels(data level,feature level and decision level)construct a comprehensive multi sensors information of gas early-warning model,the improved evidence theory algorithm is applied to the model proposed in,improve the accuracy and reliability of coal mine gas monitoring and early warning.Finally,the method is verified by simulation...
