As a occupational dress,school uniforms because of the specificity of the target population was given a unique meaning.Compared with the daily clothing,school uniforms as the most common clothes by students wear,also should have the activities and the other functions.China began in 1993 to promote the school uniform system throughout the country,after 23 years,however,the current high school uniforms still continue with an old school uniform style of dozen years ago,almost no appearance of change and development.At present,China 's campus clothing culture with the United Kingdom,the United States,Japan,Korea and other developed countries are still has a big gap,and has not been able to attract enough focus in the community.Today,information technology is in a rapid development.The network breaks the boundaries of communication between people,thanks to this,more and more people realize that our school uniform culture has a gap between other countries,and in recent years because of "Poison uniforms " and other frequent incidents,uniform quality problems have begun to enter into the public's vision,school uniform culture began to get a wide range of attention.According to the fieldwork and research in Korea,it is found that the school uniform industry in South Korea which with the same latitude in Hebei Province had been very mature.In order to clarify the cultural differences and improvement direction,compare the Hebei Province High School uniforms with the South Korea High School uniform.To get the cultural status at the same time to find the gaps and problems.According to the survey to identify the needs of school uniforms and the needs for improvement.Then,based on the theory of design,this paper makes a comparative study on school uniforms,styles,colors,fabrics and functions,finds out the problems in a more scientific and intuitive way and finds out the causes and solutions.Then use the advantages of design in Korean uniforms on Hebei Province school uniforms design,hoping for improve the design of uniforms to provide data reference and ideas to the subsequent research.
