With the rapid development of economy in our country,the metal wire demand is growing.As the main production and processing equipment of wire,the control accuracy and efficiency of bull block are of great importance to metal wire products.This paper makes the following research to improve the control performance of the drawing machine system.Firstly,the research background and significance of the straight forward wire drawing machine are briefly expounded,and the key points and difficulties of this thesis are clarified,and a brief description of the following work arrangement is given.Then,the basic structure,working principle and characteristics of the straight wire-drawing machine and permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)are discussed in detail.Study motor control structure,in order to improve the speed and stability of the deviation coupling control structure,in this paper,the control structure was improved,the system to achieve the established control effect and the proportion of synchronous control was achieved.Finally,the simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control structure.A fuzzy sliding mode controller is designed in this paper due to the poor control effect of the conventional control algorithm.Using sliding mode control algorithm to solve the ordinary PI control of poor-following,reduce the speed synchronization error,and then through the fuzzy control algorithm for real-time optimization of the parameters in the sliding mode control law adjustment,in order to maximum weaken the chattering problem in traditional sliding mode control,improve the stability of the system.Simulation results show that the application of fuzzy sliding mode controller can get better speed following and system stability..Finally,the simulation comparison experiments are carried out on the control system of straight forward drawing machine under same parameter settings and perturbation rules.Two kinds of speed compensators are used in the modified deviation coupling control structure,and found that the system with PI compensation structure has better rapidity and stability,which can quickly eliminate the rotational speed fluctuation caused by the disturbance,and the control precision is excellent.Three control algorithms are compared and the fuzzy sliding mode control algorithm is better.Simulation results show that the application of system control scheme proposed in this paper,can make the motor speed error between dropped to a lower level,and the speed following effect of each motor is remarkable,achieving good control effect,and having high engineering practice value.
