Polymer composite materials are used as kinds of new thermal conductivity materials.,the weak corrosion resistance,poor mechanical properties of traditional thermal conductive materials can be corrected.But,the low coefficient of thermal conductivity limited the range of application.The composite materials PVA-GO with different volume fractions(the total of eight kinds of 1% to 50%)are prepared in this study based on polyvinyl alcohol as basal body and graphene oxide as filler.The transient electro-thermal technique is employed in the experiments to test thermal conductivity property.The coefficient of thermal conductivity value curve and fitting formula for the thermal conductivity is obtained by software based on the experimental data,and then by contrasted and analyzed with Empirical formula,analysis the characteristics of thermal conductivity of the composite materials.Ultrasonic instrument system is used to make up graphene oxide as filler,magnetic agitator system is used to make up polyvinyl alcohol as basal body,then repeated freezing thawing method to get the materials.And in the process of sample preparation,such as environmental temperature,substrate concentration,concentration of filler,freeze thawing time and so on influence factors are analyzed.Using transient electro-thermal technique,convective heat affected is ignored by vacuum cavity,sample material handling for the same length to ignore radiation,based on the materials of insulation,analysis of the metal film.Finally,thermal diffusivity is concluded and calculate the corresponding coefficient of thermal conductivity values.Based on the experimental data,the coefficient of thermal conductivity value curve is obtained by software.The results showed,the function diagram presents the first after rising downward trend by the volume fraction increased.The conduction coefficient is optimal when the volume fraction is 25%,and the formula of thermal conductivity is established to compare with the empirical formula,analysis the reasons of difference in high volume fraction.
