CNC machine tool is known as the base of theindustrial machine tools.CNC machine tool industry is called as the equipment manufacturing industry in the equipment manufacturing industry.From the machine tool industry development trend analysis,heavy-duty CNC machine tools is turn to high-speed,precision,complex,environmentally friendly,intelligent,super-oriented development in general.This paper starts with the design of CK5125 B NC vertical lathe main drive motor speed control,and completes the following wor k.According to the requirements of the main motor of the NC vertical lathe,the main motor is controlled by the double closed-loop DC control method with high starting torque and stable static performance.The basic situation of CNC vertical lathe CK5125 B is introduced,including the structural characteristics of the machine tool,the electrical control and the precision that the machine can achieve.Analysis of CNC vertical lathe on the main motor requirements,I select the Siemens 6RA70 as the main motor speed control device,complete the electrical design and commissioning of machine tools.Through the main motor speed test,it is verified that the double closed-loop DC speed control system can meet the control dema nd of the main motor of NC vertical lathe,and the PI control method is adopted to optimize the speed control of the motoSIEMENS 6RA70 in the application of the heavy CNC vertical drive is good,but to adapt to the processing needs of different customers,for the subsequent application of other types of machine tools provides a theoretical basis and successful engineering examples.
