Rolling mill oil film bearing are often faced with high-speed heavy,shock and vibration and other adverse conditions in the course of their work,resulting in sealing performance of the bearing lubrication system failure,this can easily lead to outside intervention in the lubricating oil cooling water to form a lubricating oil-water flow.This paper studies the water two-phase lubrication Elastohydrodynamic(EHL)problem for rolling mill oil film bearings,considering thermal effects and consider Thermoelastohydrodynamic problems surface waviness,Thermoelastohydrodynamic problem of variable effect and taken into account when considering surface texture Thermoelastohydrodynamic problem,followed by the effects of the oil film on the water and different water content lubricating properties.Firstly,model of oil-water two-phase flow and equation of elastohydrodynamic lubrication are established,studying the EHL lubrication under isothermal conditions for rolling mill oil film bearing.The lubrication properties are studied for rolling mill in oil film bearing,and the variation of fluid film lubrication film is discussed between pressure,film thickness and water content,slip ratio,gap of axial diameter,spindle speed,rolling force.The lubrication properties of water-in-oil flow to oil-in-water flow are compared.Secondly,the oil-water two-phase flow of elastohydrodynamic lubrication model is established by thermal effect of the Reynolds equation.The effects of three common liner materials including 45#steel?babbitt?Al2O3 ceramics are compared on rolling mill oil film bearing's lubrication properties.Combined with the special working condition of rolling mill oil film bearing,lubrication characteristics of oil-water mixture are analyzed under different water contents,spindle speed and rolling force.Thirdly,surface waviness considering this factor,the contact area EHL model with surface corrugations are established.The effect of surface waviness is analyzed under water contamination elastohydrodynamic lubrication of rolling mill oil film bearing by using multi-grid method and Fortran program.The main effects of different waviness amplitude,wavelength and moisture influence on lubricating properties.Then,the oil-water two-phase flow of elastohydrodynamic lubrication model is established by transient and thermal effect of the Reynolds equation.The lubrication transient behavior of water contamination and initial conditions for rolling mill oil filmbearing are analyzed.Finally,From the perspective of surface defects established contact zone comprises a surface texture EHL model.The effect of surface texture on lubrication properties are studied for bearing,and the variation of fluid film lubrication film is discussed between pressure,film thickness and different texture,different rectangle texture' depth,water content,rolling force,spindle speed.
