For environmental protection enterprises, how to maintain the profitability of enterprises in the market environment, and expand the market share has become an urgent problem. H company as a sewage treatment of small and medium enterprises, in recent years the business development facing the increasingly fierce competition in the market becomes bloated, market share decreased year by year, the slow progress of the new product, the market leader in a vulnerable position and need to from a strategic height to construct clear and feasible development strategy system. In this form, this paper starts from the concept of the theory, related concepts and theories of strategic management were overview of the theory, and Porter's five forces, SWOT method in H company based on the external environment, industry situation and internal state of the analysis.Through the research of this paper can get the following conclusions:(1) H company sewage treatment with the external environment is good politics, economy, technology and social cultural environment; industry environment is substitute manufacturer is the main equipment manufacturers to provide installation services, the number and size of potential competitors are in rapid increase in state, bargaining power with labor cost and material cost increase gradually weakened. (2) the main problems in the process of strategic planning of H companies are as follows:lack of strategic awareness, lack of scientific strategic positioning, a single strategic management model, focus on short-term development and ignore long-term interests. In the follow-up H company's development process, need to pay enough attention to the above issues and concerns. (3) is proposed in this paper H company sewage treatment development strategic plan:to existing markets and resources as the foundation, strengthen internal management, on the one hand, to develop new markets, on the other hand, to expand the business scope of the enterprise, greatly enhance market share, in the time is ripe for the suitable strategic alliance building, and constantly strengthen the market competition strength, the enterprises in the construction of advanced culture idea, excellent management mode, and improve the professional talent team, profitability strong outstanding domestic sewage processing manufacturers. (4) in the implementation of the H company's development strategy, the security measures are divided into two aspects:internal and external. Among them, in the enterprise internal security measures, it is divided into 3 aspects:the core technology ability promotion strategy, the core staff ability promotion strategy, management ability promotion strategy. In the external strategy of the enterprise, this paper has made the corresponding measures from 3 aspects of the brand building of H company, the strategy of product quality promotion and after sales service strategy.In conclusion, this paper tries to industry of combing through the typical case, through the reasonable methods to find to the enterprise in the strategic formulation and the whole development process of resource allocation and marketing conditions, provide certain theory reference for the future research in this area of research, also for air conditioning installation in the future development of the company provide the actual value of some practical guidance.
