Dry powder legal system technology can fundamentally solve the problems of high energy-consumption and high-pollution existing ceramic industry wet powder technology. Due to the poor process controllability, the existing dry granulation technology exists many problems, like poor particles liquidity, unreasonable grain composition, nonuniform grain moisture content, which will lead to layering, low body strength, rough body surface. Therefore, it has very important engineering significance to the further popularization and application of ceramic dry granulation technology by study the influence law of process parameters on the performance of billet in ceramic industry.Combining with the national science natural fund project “The study on ceramic new energy-saving dry granulation mechanism and key techniques of equipment”(project number: 51365018), aiming at the influence law of process parameters on the performance of billet in the process of dry granulation technology conducted an experimental research, the main contents are as follows:? Aiming at the influence law of process parameters on the ceramic billet liquidity conducted an orthogonal experimental research. According to the results of range analyses, the influence relationship between various factors and particles liquidity was gotten: reamer rotating speed, clay content, additive solution concentration, granulation time. By single factor experiment to analyze the influence law of various factors on the particles liquidity, the best factors combination for particles liquidity is: reamer rotating speed 1600 RPM, clay content 25%, additive solution concentration 2.5%, the granulation time 40 s.? Aiming at unreasonable grain composition, the influence of various process parameters on the billet percent of pass and grain size distribution is studied through experiments. The experimental results show that the best technological conditions for the most reasonable grain size distribution, the highest percent of pass is: the clay content 30%, reamer rotating speed 1800 RPM, wet mixing time 40 s, water addition 10%;Use humidifying fluid by directly add additive solution instead of water, can reduce the humidifying capacity, reduce the energy dissipations of the billet drying process.? For the poor uniformity of moisture content, through numerical simulation analyze the distribution of atomization field of four kinds of nozzles in the barrel of the granulator. The simulation results show that when the pressure-swirl nozzle as humidifying device and work by 2.5MPa, fog torch dispersity is best, particle diameter is small and particle size distribution is uniform, which is best for evenly combination between droplets ceramic powder. In addition, through experiment tested the blank moisture content uniformity with pressure-swirl nozzle under different atomization pressure. The experimental results show that blank moisture content uniformity is best when the atomization pressure is 2.5 MPa. The experimental results are consistent with the simulation result, which verify the reliability of the models and the correctness of the numerical simulation results.The research achievements of this paper have a certain engineering significance to the promotion and improvement of ceramics dry granulation technology in the domestic.
