Ceramic dry granulation technology can fundamentally solve the problems of high energy consumption,high pollution which exist in Milling-spray wet granulation technique.Currently,ceramic powder particles prepared by ceramic dry granulation machine have some problems difficult to solve,such as particle size distribution difficult to control,the uneven distribution of the particles moisture content.This problems lead to some defects like the forming process is easily delamination,body strength is low,body surface is rough.Therefore,doing the research of ceramic dry granulation machine has a great engineering significance for ceramic dry granulation technology spreading in the ceramic industry.Combining with the national natural science fund project "The Key Kechnology Research on Mechanism and Equipment of New Energy-Saving Dry Granulation in Ceramic Industry"(project number:51365018),the article implements numerical simulation analysis on ceramic dry granulation machine stirrer structure,moisture content of the particles and granulator temperature field,the main contents are as follows:(1)Combining with basic knowledge of the computational fluid dynamics theory,we can establish the three-dimensional modeling of blades,reamers by Solidworks software,and then preprocess the model in Gambit software and mixing special software Mixsim.(2)The numerical simulation analysis on two kinds of stirrers with different structures.The results show that using the stirrers blades located in the bottom of the reamer,particle dispersibility is better.And then do the further optimization of the blade for the granulation good effect stirrer.Compare blade that lengths are 25mm,28mm,31mm,the results show that when stirrer blade length is 28mm,granulation is best.(3)The numerical simulation analysis on moisture content of the particles in the granulation process.The results show that when atomized droplets spray 30 seconds,the mass ratio of regional moisture content of ceramic powder particles in granulator is about 11%,and the moisture content is evenly distributed in the region.To some extent,this result is able to solve the moisture content of the ceramic powder particles uneven distribution problem.Meanwhile experiments and numerical simulation results are basically consistent,validated the reliability of the moisture content model.(4)The numerical simulation analysis on temperature field of granulator in the granulation process.The results show the granulation time is divided into these parts which are 7min,9min,11min,each of those times that the area of the temperature value is more than 80%in the granulator and the proportion of the volume are 0%?3%?21%.it indicates when the granulation time reaches 9min,granulator begins to appear excessively high temperatures.Meanwhile experiments and numerical simulation results are basically consistent,validated the reliability of the temperature field model.Research results of this project have some significance for the accumulation and improvement of ceramic dry granulation technology.
