Superoxide Dismutase?SOD?and Catalase?CAT?are two kinds of enzymes which can catalyze respectively the reactions of O2-·+ O2-·+2H+?O2+H2O2 and H2O2?O2+H2O,to remove O2-· and H2O2 that are harmful to organisms.The natural SOD and CAT's efficient catalytic performance for the treatment of disease,anti-aging,health and beauty and food industry,has the very vital significance.However,natural enzymes have some shortcomings such as large molecular weight,rapid loss of activity,the difficult extract process and the high cost,so synthesizing catalyst with natural antioxidant enzymes function is particularly important.Aiming the removal of O2-· and the H2O2,the designing and fabricatio of several series of enzyme mimics with potential SOD and CAT activity.Based on the predecessors' works and the structure and function of macrocyclic polyamine compounds,three none literature reported containing silicon nitrogen and organic inorganic hybrid material was designed and fabricated.And their catalytic disproportionation of on O2-·and H2O2 decomposition activity are studied,mainly including:?1?1,4,7,10-Tetraazacyclododecane?Cyclen?was synthesised and processed with 3-chloropropyltriethoxysilane.The compound was futher hydrolyzed in basic solution to form a macrocyclic polyamine modified particle employed as ligand with manganese to perform the catalyst.Each product was characterized by IR,AAS,TGA and EDS etc.For the catalyst to determine SOD activity and CAT activity.SOD activity results display: an active unit IC50 of 0.00167 g·L-1,CAT activity results display : initial reaction rate is 1.82?10-6 mol?O2?·s-1,conversion rate of 76.43%.?2?A reduced Schiff Base?r-HL?was fabricated,further in situ proceed with 3-Bromopropyltrimethoxysilane and hydrolyzed in basic solution.The compound was employed as ligand with manganese salt to give a enzyme mimic.All product was characterized by IR,TGA and EDS Test the catalyst to determine SOD activity and CAT activity.SOD activity results display: an active unit IC50 of 0.055 g·L-1,CAT activity results display: initial reaction rate is 1.40?10-6 mol?O2?·s-1,conversion rate of 60.27%.?3?A Salen type Schiff Base?HL?was fabricated in situ proceed with 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane,and hydrolyzed in basic solution.This compound was further coordinated with manganese to synthesis the final catalyst.All products were characterized by IR,TGA and EDS.To the catalyst to determine SOD activity and CAT activity.SOD activity results: an active unit IC50 of 0.024 g·L-1,CAT activity results: initial reaction rate is 1.21?10-6 mol?O2?·s-1,conversion rate of 61.88%.
