Phosphorus And Nitrogen Organic-inorganic Hybrid Flame Retardant Agent And Its Performance Research

Organic-inorganic hybrid flame retardant agent combines the advantages of organic flame retardants and inorganic flame retardants,with high flame retardant efficiency,low toxicity and smoke suppression characteristics,have broad application prospects.In this paper,organic flame redartant di-Melamine bis-(2,4,6-tribromophenyl)hydrogen phosphate was enlarged synthetized with tribromophenol,phosphorus oxychloride and melamine as raw materials.The select of the deacid reagent and solvent of each step was studyed,and the products were characterized by melting point apparatus,mass spectrum and so on.Results showed that: in the synthesis of intermediate,toluene should be taken as solvent,triethylamine should be taken as deacid reagent;in the synthesis of flame redartant,50% methanol solution should be taken as solvent.In this paper,DETPMP was synthetized by one step with diethylenetriamine,formaldehyde and phosphorous acid as a raw material,then DETPMP(Mg)was synthetized by DETPMP complexed with magnesium hydroxide.The reaction of the complex reaction conditions were optimized.The results showed that direct complexation has advantage than complexation after adjusting pH.Polypropylene(PP)was taken as flame retarding matrix in our study.The two flame retardants were added to PP in different proportions,to explore the influence of organic-inorganic hybrid flame redartant on PP.The result showed that:compared with single flame redartant,organic-inorganic hybrid flame redartant has advantage of a high flame retardant efficiency and smoke suppression...
