The mining conditions of ChuLin phosphate mine are complex: due to the historical mining method is not suitable,some mined-out area is formed in the outcrop area,and none effective control is taken to mined-out area,which has certain influence on the subsequent mining and mine safety.The distribution of the phosphate layers is complex,and the existence of massive hard-soft rock strata in the block makes it easy to cause collapse,caving and roof fall in the mining process.According to ChuLin's ore development and utilization plan,the need to build high-cost tailings,not only bring a heavy economic burden to the company,but also make a huge impact on mining production ?the surrounding residents living and environment.In order to solve the above problems,according to the actual situation of ChuLin phosphate mine,this paper uses on-scene investigation analysis ? document analysis ? numerical modeling analysis and industrial design methods to research on the filling body strength,the selection of fill material,the filling method,fill system selection and design.The main research results and conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the investigation of mine deposit geology,mining technology condition and mining actuality,the mining conditions of ChuLin phosphate mine and the new and old mining methods are analyzed and evaluated.The stratified housing column and subsequent filling mining method has strong applicability effect on ChuLin phosphate mine.(2)Through the experience analogy and numerical analysis,this paper determined that the filling strength of the suitable ChuLin phosphate mine is 2.2MPa and 0.2MPa respectively.By means of the analysis and comparison of a large number of domestic mines' s filling proportion data,the corresponding filling proportion scheme as follows: the PH1 seam mining room use cement-sand ratio is 1:6 to fill the slurry;the PH3 seam mining room totally use tailing fill.(3)Based on the investigation of the surface topography of the mine and the comparative analysis of the filling system domestic and overseas,this paper selectedthe mobile filling system,then designed technological process and checked the key technology,to ensure that the filling system is reliable and stable.(4)Though benefit analysis of the filling scheme,we could draw a conclusion that in the market price of 168.50 yuan per ton and 145.14 yuan per ton respectively of phosphate rock filling economic equilibrium under the original mix proportion plan and alternatives.At the same time,the filing scheme saves massive investment in construction and management of tailings pond,improves the mining area and the surrounding environment,providing important guarantee for mining production and comprehensive sustainable development.
