During the process of exploitation and utilization of mineral resources, there produces a large amount of solid wastes like waste rock, tailings, coal gangue and smelting slag. The discharge of mine solid waste not only employ and pollute a lot of fields, but cause a series of environment problems as well, such as the mud avalanche in waste-rock yard, leakage in gangue storeroom and the pollution caused by waste water. In order to solve the increasingly serious environment problem, it is required to achieve zero release during the exploitation and utilization of mineral resources procedure. That is to say, to build no-waste mine and to realize green mining. Jinchuan company discharge a large number of waste rock and tailings annually. The waste rock discharged from the mine pit to the surface each year reaches 140,000 m3 in no.2 mining, and daily discharge of slurry is 3,800 m3.The filling capacity of no.2 mining reaches 1,300,000 m3 every year.The supply of rod-mill tailings has been serious deficiency which is the main filling aggregate present.The waste rock of mine is good and cheap filling aggregate present. So that, it is necessary to study the filling technology of waste-full tailing high concentration slurry pump piping transport which is very important.This paper carrying on industry test based on the paste pumping filling system of no.2 mining.It systematic study the problem of high concentration slurry of waste rock and tailings pump piping transport problem, it come to a conclusion through the pipe optimization design of filling system of mine underground.(1) The industry test result show that it can use f= a+bvc to compute the resistance of pipeline transporting of waste rock and tailings high concentration slurry.The formula is succinct and relatively high precision of calculating. General speaking, it come to the conclusion that the more small diameter, the more resistance and the more flow the more pipeline transportation resistance, and the flow is sensitive to the resistance;(2) According to the test results,it recommend the technical parameters of the waste rock-full tailing high concentration filling starch deploy:the ratio of waste rock to tailings is 6 to 4, weight concentration is 77%~79%, cement stoke is 260kg/m3,150mm seamless steel pipe, slurry transportability is 90~105 m3/h. According to the field test results,the slope angle of slurry flow is 0.38°-1.26°when the ratio of waste rock to tailings is 5 to 5. The slope angle of slurry flow is 0.55°~1.19°when the ratio of waste rock to tailings is 6 to 4. It is found that the mobility of slurry in access could meet the requirements of access back-filling;(3) Based on Bernoulli equation of homo-homogeneous fluid, by combining with the resistance model of pipeline transporting of waste rock and tailings high concentration slurry, then get the formula of balance equation and pumping transportation condition of waste-full tailing high concentration slurry filling system. It provides theoretical support to pressured pipe optimized design of filling system. This paper suggest waste-full tailing high concentration slurry filling system of no.2 mining using garret type layout.The result of pipe optimized layout from each mining levels at the different concentrations and different discharge.According to the optimal result of the waste rock-full tailing high concentration slurry filling system piping layout,and the matrices plasmatic limit vertical height,it get to the retrofilling systemic limiting radius fairing in homologize condition.when the waste rock-full tailing high concentration filling system at serve in 1000 meter middlepiece,the fill limiting radius is 733.6meter.,when it at 850meter middlepiece, the fill limiting radius is 854.3meter.The paper what studied on conform with the trendency and needs of the jinchuan mine packing technique, which has great reference value and the prospect of application and extension.
