It was studied on the extraction and purification of the flavonoids of lemon pulps and peels from lemon in this paper.The contents of flavonoids extraction were detected.The coarse product and purification of antioxidant activity were compared. It was the first time that the lemon flavonoids extraction were added into the tobaccoes. It were studied that the lemon flavonoids, transfering rates in cigarettes and improving the quality of cigarette flavour. The results of this study were as follows:1?The lemon pulp flavonoids extraction process was optimized, and extract process of flavonoids was studied with ultrasonic-assisted and microwave-assisted methods. On the basis of single factor experiments, the extraction process parameters were optimized with orthogonal method. The best process conditions of extracting flavonoids in ultrasonic-assisted method were as follows:ethanol concentration was 80%, ratio of solid to liquid was 1:40, ultrasonic time was 40 minutes. The extractional yield was 2.3 mg/g in this condition. The best process conditions of extracting flavonoids in microwave-assisted method were as follows:ethanol concentration was 60%, microwave power was 200 W, microwave time was 20 minutes, ratio of solid to liquid was 1:20. The extractional yield was 2.2 mg/g in this condition.2?The lemon peel flavonoids extraction process was optimized, and extract process of flavonoids was studied with ultrasonic-assisted and microwave-assisted methods. The best process conditions of extracting flavonoids by ultrasonic-assisted method were as follows:ethanol concentration was 60%, ratio of solid to liquid was 1:60, ultrasonic time was 25 minutes. The extractional yield was 24.2 mg/g in this condition. The best process conditions of extracting flavonoids by microwave-assisted method were as follows:ethanol concentration was 80%, microwave power was 200 W, microwave time was 15 minutes, ratio of solid to liquid was 1:50. The extractional yield was 38.4 mg/g in this condition.3?It was determined that the optimum technological conditions of separation and purification of lemon peel flavonoids in macroporous resin method. HPD-100 macroporous resin was the best resin in static adsorption and desorption experiments. The best process conditions for static adsorption and desorption experiments were as follows:the sample liquid concentration was 15.00 mg/mL, adsorption time was 8.0 h, pH=6.0, eluent ethanol concentration was 80%, desorption time was 10.0 h. The best process conditions for dynamic adsorption and desorption experiments were as follows:the sample amount was 100.00 mL, the sample rates were 4 BV/h, water volume was 2 BV(157.0 mL), alcohol washing volume was 3 BV(235.50 mL), the elution rates were 2 BV/h.4?The content of lemon peels flavonoids was analysed with UV-VIS spectrophotometer.The crude product flavonoids content was 13.32 mg/g while purification flavonoids content was 211.67 mg/g. It was analyzed by HPLC method that flavonoids main components in lemon peel extracts which were purified and extracted by macroporous resin and solvent. The chromatographic conditions of inspecting flavonoids in HPLC method were as follows:column temperature was 30?, moving phase was 0.1% phosphoric acid solution and acetonitrile, flow rates were 1.0 mL/min, injection volume was 20 ? L, the detection wavelength was 283 nm. According to the standard spectra, lemon peel flavonoids'main ingredients purified were 3.50% diosmin,35.45% eriocitrin and 13.27% hesperidin.5?Antioxidant ability of lemon peel flavonoids was studied, the results shew that the antioxidant ability was enhanced when the flavonoids concentration was increased. The antioxidant capacity of lemon peel flavonoids crude products and purified products were stronger than BHT,but weaker than Vc. And the antioxidant capacity of purified flavonoids was stronger than that of crude products flavonoids.6?It was studied that the lemon flavonoids extracts'transfer rates in cigarettes. The results shew that the transfer rates rule was agree with rutin standard addition sample;Cigarettes A, B and C's transfer rates in tobacco were 8.77%,7.26% and 7.82%; filter intercept rates were 4.66%,5.02% and 5.15%; transfer rates of mainstream smoke were 5.30%,6.19% and 5.67%; filter mobilities were not checked out.7?It was studied that the lemon flavonoids extracts'improving the quality of cigarette flavour. The results were that the smoke incense was flowing, mild embellished, green incense increased, the flavour was sweet after acid, scorched gas was down.It had obvious effect to improve quality of cigarette flavour and could be used as effective alternative material plant type cigarette additives.
