With the rapid development of machinery industry these years,the emerging green processing methods will become the machinery industry's development direction.At this stage,most of the forming methods of screw holes adopt the way of cutting to form the internal thread by removing the excess material.This paper is to process the hole internal thread in the optical hole with the hole depth larger than the thickness.According to the difference of the thickness of the aperture wall,the internal thread of the hole is formed by the two methods of hot extrusion and internal high pressure respectively.These two kinds of processing methods are the use of metal plastic deformation,in the forming process does not produce waste,and the resulting forming a reasonable streamline distribution,better mechanical properties.In this paper,by analyzing the basic principles and forming characteristics of hot extrusion and internal high pressure forming internal thread,the quality defects that may appear in the forming process are predicted,which provides the theoretical basis for solving the quality defects in the following simulation work.The stress,strain distribution,the variation of torque load,the direction of metal flow and the change of temperature during the forming process are analyzed by finite element method.The influence of main process parameters on hot extrusion process was studied by single factor cycle method,and the reasonable process parameters were determined finally,The experiment proved the feasibility of the process parameters.The variation of wall thickness,the distribution of strain and the variation of energy during the hydroforming forming process are analyzed by finite element method.The influence of main process parameters on thread quality was studied.Without affecting the size and performance of the premise,should try to choose the transition zone fillet radius of the mold.In the processing process to minimize the impact of friction.To meet the forming requirements,left and right punch selection bilinear feed mode,the first stage full feed,the second stage to select a small amount of feed.In order to improve the forming quality,the internal pressure load is divided into two stages,the first stage is responsible for forming,the second stage is responsible for plastic.In this paper,not only the process of forming a systematic analysis,but also on the factors affecting the quality of forming in-depth study,for the actual production to improve the quality of molded parts to provide a guarantee.
