With equipment renewal of machining and people's demand on the green environmental protection sustainable development,green processing technology of mechanical processing process in mechanical field is becoming a development direction.The traditional method of processing hole removes a part of the general hole sheet metal,so that the depth of the hole is equal with the thickness of the board.This paper using the metal its own plastic to process,through the bladeless drill rotating friction to create heat,softening processing areas metal,stretching into a hole,we get a thicker hole than the thickness of the metal board.Through using the metal its own plastic to process the hole,this method could not only save material,but also need not additional cooling fluid.At the same time,it can also get reasonable metal streamline and much better mechanical property.According to a classical Amontons-Coulomb friction law,this paper establishes the heat source mathematical model of spherical drilling tools and cone spherical drilling tools,providing the theoretical guidance for the friction heat forming,and analyzing the influence factors of heat production.Meanwhile,using DEFORM-3D software to build the three-dimensional finite element model,to simulate the force and heat of the deep hole forming process by finite element method,to research the heat of the cone spherical drill tools,we get the temperature rising trend and temperature cloud of heat affected zone.Through hole forming process simulation,this paper gets stress,strain,damage image and torque curve of the hole forming process,simulates the three direction load curve of the hole processing and temperature curves of two kinds of drilling tools.Compared with results of the simulation and experiment,and get the same result basically.This paper measures the hardness of the deep hole wall of two different diameter and the hardness around the heat affected zone of the hole,and groups of the size parameters of the holes,explores the feasibility of inner screw extrusion.Apply DEFORM-3D simulation software for finite element simulation of internal thread in sheet deep hole forming,getting simulation results of the internal thread forming process,getting the stress,strain cloud of forming process and the three direction load curves and torque curve.The paper gets the processing law of the screw extrusion process,and provides the basis for much further research on extrusion method of internal thread forming.
