The rapid development of livestock and poultry breeding, also faced with increasingly serious environmental pollution problems. But the livestock and poultry breeding pollution prevention in China starts late, now,our country do not have enough understanding how to control livestock and poultry breeding pollution. Each region also don’t know how to control of livestock and poultry breeding pollution.In this paper, by consulting experts and read the literature, we can find the main reason for the influence of livestock and poultry breeding pollution. through compared theseveral advantages and disadvantage about evaluation methods to choose the AHP to further study the dominant factors of mode selection of livestock and poultry breeding pollution prevention. Then I collect 360 cities in China statistical yearbook of the dominant factors of mode selection of livestock and poultry breeding pollution prevention, through clustering analysis method for zoning, to summarize the characteristics of each region analysis, put forward the feasible mode and the construction of livestock and poultry breeding pollution prevention facility requirements. Main conclusions are as follows:AHP can be effectively applied to the comprehensive consideration, data case, more suitable for analysis of livestock and poultry breeding pollution pattern from the macro dominant factor. And the fuzzy evaluation method, the rank and analogy method, considering method, topsis method application in livestock and poultry breeding is not much, not suitable for study from the macro.In this paper, AHP for the first time used in the study of livestock and poultry breeding pollution model. This paper uses the combination of factor analysis method to analyze the patterns of livestock and poultry breeding pollution prevention related main influencing factors, and then through expert consultation method, correlation analysis method is established including natural conditions, agriculture as the foundation of conditions, the agricultural rule of social and economic conditions of three layer, layer 10 indicators.Then, we use the AHP to analysis the five patterns of livestock and poultry breeding pollution prevention the dominant factor, respectively is:annual precipitation, annual average temperature, terrain features, agricultural planting area and the economic dimension. For the convenience of analysis, selection of annual rainfall, annual average temperature, terrain features, farming area and per capita GDP as the leading factor analysis(3) By collecting the annual average temperature, annual rainfall of 360 cities terrain characteristics of the agricultural planting area per capita and per capita GDP data, based on predecessors’ research, we summarize the analysis of characteristics aboutannual rainfall, annual average temperature, terrain, agricultural planting area per capita and GDP per capita.(4) Based on the annual rainfall, annual average temperature, average per capita agricultural planting area and percapita GDPof different section of the assignment,360, classified by cluster analysis combined with landform characteristics of 360 cities in China can be divided into 14 districts, respectively is a new area, the Tibetan area, southwest area, the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze river area, along the south China area, northeast area, the Great Wall area, north China plain, coastal economic developed area, sichuan basin area, huainan area, Inner Mongolia area, all the black area.(5) Summary of waste treatment in China and its characteristics, main means waste cleanup are dry nightsoil, water waste and blisters dung; Waste treatment methods mainly include direct agriculture agricultural utilization, production of organic fertilizer after using, simple composting; Wastewater treatment methods mainly include direct agricultural use, agricultural use after anaerobic treatment, anaerobic aerobic discharging standard.(6) According to the characteristics of each region, combining with the regional deep freeze, agriculture, factors such as planting interval for pigs, cattle, chicken three main breeding, free-range in each region, profession and family scale put forward suitable for livestock and poultry breeding farms pollution control mode and the construction requirements.The rapid development of livestock and poultry breeding, also faced with increasingly serious environmental pollution problems. But the livestock and poultry breeding pollution prevention in China starts late, not enough understanding of livestock and poultry breeding pollution comprehensive, regional and in control of livestock and poultry breeding pollution.
