As electricity and magnetism energy exchange the most effective material,Silicon Steel has been used in various industrial products.It is used for iron core of transformer,motor,generator and other magnetic element.Owing to the stricter producing process and more sophisticated manufacturing technology than plain carbon steel,silicon steel production technology has always been considered as a sign of a country's development level in the steel industry.This paper,taking the automatic control system of a silicon steel production line of Baosteel Co.,Ltd.as the study object,provides a systematical analysis and study on unit coiling,uncoiling,tension control,welding seam position tracking,velocity command control,loop control,and cleaning process control.It verifies the technical characteristics of its original design scheme,and provides argumentation and elaboration on some specialty control methods of silicon steel,in the hope of offering reference to technical personnel who engage in silicon steel production and research.The researches in this paper shows that through to the weld position tension load balancing and sequence control adjustment,can significantly improve production stablility of Silicon Steel Continuous Annealing Line.As the same time it can be used to a reference for general type units,and it possess a certain practical significance and theory significance.
