The large-scale rotational parts are widely used in manufacturing equipment,and their form errors are copied to the products and cause the defects of surface quality.Therefore,the measurement accuracy of the surface form error of the large cylinder marks the technical level,innovation ability and international competitiveness of the major equipment manufacturing industry in the country.The online measurement for large cylindrical profile based on the parallel error separation method is a latest measurement method,which can accurately measure and reconstruct cylindrical profile under the low accuracy of online equipments.A verification equipment is needed to prove validity and high precision of the method,in which the measurement and control system are crucial for correct motion control and synchronous data acquisition.Therefore,measurement and control software plays an important role in ensuring the validation of experiments and improving the parallel error separation technology.A measurement and control information system based on the measurement principle of parallel error separation technology has been formed,the mechanical structure and the overall framework of the measurement system have been designed,the main work of each module of the information system has been refined,and the core components including motion control card,data acquisition card,angle encoder,and sensor have been selected in this paper.The connections between boards,the functions of boards used are given in detail.By means of the homing function of the motion control card,axial repeated positioning of the probe carriage is realized.And the zero of the angle encode is used to determine the origin point of the circular sampling.The multi-sensor synchronous circumferential uniform data acquisition control and zero position display are realized by using external trigger control,and the control pluses come from the motion control card thought the linear comparison trigger.The segmented synchronous acquisition control based on events has been adopted to realize the synchronous acquisition and storage of multi-channel data,because the data volume collected is beyond the storage capacity of data acquisition card.The measurement and control software has been developed based on Visual Studio 2010.The sequential control for motion control,data acquisition control,and data storage is realized by using the multi task mechanism of Windows.The whole process of measurement is fully automated,and human interference is eliminated,the efficiency and accuracy of the verification device is improved.The actual employment proves that the motion control and data acquisition functions of the validation experiment are successful.The analysis of data collected proves that the software achieves the five channel uniform data acquisition in the whole cycle.The software is completely in conformity with the requirements of the verification experiment.
