In recent years,with the increasing number of hog fence,farms generate substantial growth in the amount of contamination,environmental pollution farms especially small-scale farms has become a real problem caused by pig farming industry must face.Small farms pollutant emissions from large-scale dispersion,low level processing,and multi-point sources of pollution,wide,governance difficult.Therefore,study of local conditions such pig farm wastewater treatment technology has become the key to solving local pollution problems.In this paper,a three-cell septic tanks and natural ventilation trickling filter combinations swine wastewater treatment,in order to obtain the optimum operating parameters,providing design and stable basis for the future implementation of the project running operating conditions.In this study,the main contents and results are as follows:(1)Design in COD concentration of about 12000mg/L,under HRT=5d,3d,2d conditions,normal,inverted,plus filler treatment effect of three different types of septic tanks.The results showed that the effects of different hydraulic retention times and different types of septic tanks have a great influence on COD,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,SS removal effciency.(2)Ordinary Septic have the best removal of TN,At HRT=5d conditions COD,TN,TP and SS removal rates were 92.73%,32.36%,77.55%and 81.28%;at HRT=3d condition removal rates were 81.6%,83.2%,50.8%and 73.8%;at HRT=2d condition removal rates were 68.64%,73.02%,63.18%and 57.47%.(3)Inverted septic tank of COD,TN,TP and SS treatment effect is lower than the other two septic tanks,At HRT=5d conditions COD,TN,TP and SS removal rates were 93.09%,40.41%,82%and 80.84%;at HRT=3d condition removal rates were 86.2%,78.6%,60.2%and 75.8%;at HRT=2d condition removal rates were 69.44%,67.07%,80.33%and 65.43%.(4)YDT septic tank filler for COD,TP and SS have the best removal,At HRT=5d conditions COD,TN,TP and SS removal rates were 94.23%,41.61%,83.17%and 81.61%;at HRT=3d condition removal rates were 85.4%,80.6%,60.2%and 73%;at HRT=2d condition removal rates were 81.66%,69.56%,91.37%and 73.08%.(5)At HRT=5d conditions three septic tanks to four types of pollutants have obvious advantages to remove,much higher than the HRT=3d and HRT=2d conditions,general septic tanks,septic tank filler Inverted of septic tanks and YDT COD removal rates were 92.73%,93.09%and 94.23%;total nitrogen removal rates were 32.36%,40.41%and 41.61%;total phosphorus removal rates were 77.55%,82%and 83.17%;on SS removal rates were 81.28%,80.84%and 81.61%.Removal calculated in accordance with HRT=5d conditions added under septic tank filler COD,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,SS has the highest value.Experimental results show that HRT=5d added filler Septic Tank effluent lowest concentration of pollutants,but need to pay attention to the accumulation of septic tank sludge,mud timely,otherwise prone to acidification.(6)Design of the total daily water 50L,under the COD concentration of about 1200mg/L condition,research brush,zeolites,volcanic three filler trickling filter wastewater with low concentrations of COD,total nitrogen removal,total phosphorus,ammonia nitrogen.The results showed that:at a temperature of about 0?5? condition,brush,zeolites,volcanic filler trickling filter for COD removal efficiency was 27.8%,81%,76.2%;total nitrogen removal were:3%,-2.2%,0.4%;total phosphorus removal rates were:24.4%,52.6%,43.8%;ammonia removal were:17.2%,65.2%,63.4%.Taken together,the zeolite treated the most outstanding effect at 0?5? condition.However,total nitrogen removal at low temperatures falling sharply,TN has precipitated filler phenomenon.(7)Temperature greater impact on operating results of trickling filters.At 10?25?volcanic highest removal,COD,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,ammonia,respectively:84.28%,51.21%,56.50%,88.29%;at 0?15? zeolite filler has the highest removal efficiency only 81%,-2.2%,52.6%,65.2%.
