The ideas of material dispersion and accumulation was used by Laser deposition manufacturing technology.And the forming accuracy is controlled by coaxial powder feeding and digitizing of laser cladding forming.However,the high laser energy density and single cooling direction result in non-uniform microstructure and anisotropy of mechanical properties.Because the heat treatment process adjusting the microstructure and improve the mechanical properties,the heat treatment process is applied to the laser deposition manufacturing.Because of the special characteristics of laser deposition manufacturing technology,it is obviously different from the traditional forging or casting method.The heat treatment process needs to be explored and established again.Laser deposition manufacturing technology includes laser deposition manufacturing and laser deposition repair.Two different methods of heat treatment are required.For TA15 titanium alloy made by laser deposition manufacturing,the effect of annealing temperature in alpha plus beta phase zone on microstructure and mechanical properties has been studied.And the heat treatment temperature was further refined in batter section.The duplex annealing of TA15 titanium alloy made by laser deposition manufacturing has been studied.The effect of heat treatment of different repair methods on microstructure and anisotropy of mechanical properties has been studied for TA15 titanium alloy by laser deposition repair.Laser hybrid manufacturing belonged to special laser deposition repair method.The complex heat treatment has been used to adjust microstructure of deposition zone and substrate zone.The stress deformation mechanism of alpha phase is related to the morphology,content and location of the alpha phase,which has been found through observation.The different heat treatment resulted in morphologies,sizes and locations of the alpha phase with different deformation mechanism.The microstructure of substrate,heat affected zone and deposition zone of TA15 titanium alloy made by laser deposition repair were different which resulted in different deformation mechanism.The complex heat treatment has effected for adjust microstructure of deposition zone and substrate zone.
