With the continuous change of the market,the steel user and the cold rolling process request higher for steel dimensions,including the thickness,width and shaper,which also promoted the development of the continuous hot rolling process.At the same time,for the hot rolling production line,the stability and product quality are equally important content,and they are the goal of the hot rolling process and equipment personnel.The looper control mode of 1880 hot rolling mill is the ILQ which is the invention of the Japanese TMECI company.Compared with the traditional PI control mode,ILQ control,looper control is more accurate,and faster response speed.The TEMIC original control mode,is a good case of optimal control of theory applied to the industrial field,but the looper control can not be separated from the equipment and rolling object and individually to discuss.Hough some hot mill have use ILQ mode all over the world,but 1800mm hot mill still meet the actual use problems,which this article to solve with.Through the analysis of loop control method based on ILQ theory,and according to the actual problems of the mode encountered in the field,of the problems encountered,this article will improve the effect of ILQ mode by optimizing the boundary conditions and parameters.
