Looper is the key equipment in modem PL-TCM?CAL?CGL production Line,As the store system of the line,Looper used to keep the line continue running during the time welding cutting and SPM roll changing,As the tension section infect the neighbor section tension control and the function of the CPC system.The control system of the Looper is the most complicate in the whole line.The thesis's background is the Putian continuous galvanizing line,and the subject investigated is the exit loopers.Firstly,the thesis analysis the relationship between the position control,speed control and tension control of the loopers.Then according to the their relation and locale situation,it analysis the method of complex tension control the exit vertical loopers used,and finds the problems of the present looper system in Sync-control.Secondly,the thesis uses the method of BP neural network to establish the model of speed and tension of loopers system,and validates that the model accords with the locale situation generally.The conventional PID controller satisfies with the technological requirements,but for the time-change and non-linear model as vertical loopers,it has difficulties in filling the purposes of high precision control and robustness.Finally,the thesis uses single neural self-regulating PID controller to perform an experiment in tracking and robustness.The thesis uses S-function and Simulink in MATLAB to make an experiment with simulation.According to the analysis and comparison between conventional PID and single neural self-regulating PID controller,the thesis comes to a conclusion that the system which single neural self-regulating PID controller has the characteristic of responding quirkier,better steady state performance and smaller overshoot,besides,it has the capability of suiting with the parameters'changes,which has improve the control precision of the looper system.increase its rapidity and stability,It has important actual and academic value in improving the level of looper control and steel quality.
