With the increasingly universal of the CNC machine tools,The consumers have much more requirement of the machine on customize function,machining efficiency and controlling precision.It makes CNC machine develop to higher precision,higher speed and higher efficiency.It requires CNC product promote their capable on R&D,manufacturing and maintain.At the same time,the engineer need to optimize the machine in order to make them have better dynamic by the feature of:(1)The best surface quality,the best measurement accuracy.(2)The fastest processing speed,The best processing efficiency.(3)The best stabilityof CNC machine tools.This topic has done lots of specific and deeply research on accurate position and method of optimization for axis of CNC machine.At first aimed to the dynamic of the machine on different parameters;even more,do a lot of research on the PID theory on the CNC machine.Extract modular debugging and optimization method.Not only make the debugging and optimization process,but also increasing the accuracy of the parameters and machining efficiency.Then make deeply research on the inside auxiliary software of the CNC,such as Oscilloscope,ERCI,ERDI and ERRE.According to the analysis of these kinds of auxiliary tools,we can optimize the parameters and make the machine to the best performance.At last,we can use the method we have researched to a process for a topic parts,try to find the influence of the part by the various parameters.For speed loop only control a fixed ratio and integral parameters,it is difficult to debug the shortcomings processing speed and accuracy.So I designed a speed PI controller based on fuzzy control and,in Matlab/Simulink simulation environment for the design of the controller simulation have proved the accuracy of the analysis.Finally,the controller is applied to Jilin Sirui mechanical company,machining results show that the fuzzy PI control loop to control the speed and improve the positioning accuracy of CNC machine axis,speed and processing efficiency,proven design of the fuzzy PI controller is feasible.As a result of the machining,it has a great upgrade on the axis of the CNC machine by the controlling accuracy,moving speed and the machining efficiency.After the optimization,The machine have a better performance.So the research have a great value of study and practice.
