Large steel enterprises establish the self-provided generator which is comprehensive utilization of resources type.It can prolong the industry chain,improve resource utilization,reduce production cost and enhance economic efficiency.That production automation level is higher and higher put forward higher request for the power of electrical automation level.The real-time monitoring?control and management level must be constantly improved.In order to improve the level of power plant electrical system automation and operation management,electric monitoring system applicate computer?measuring protection and control?field bus and communication technology,realize an automation on-line monitoring management system which can finishing electrical operation?protection?control?fault information management and electric performance optimization.It can realize of the sharing of power data for the plant and eliminate the bottleneck of data exchange.Recent years,Saving energy and reducing consumption and savings energy cost have become important in the iron and steel enterprises which can improve the overall competitiveness.But each iron and steel enterprises must face a serious issues that how to better use of self-provided generator,how to use the advanced power economic dispatch,how to dig up the potential of self-provided generator and reduce the electricity cost maximum.This paper analy the structure?function and the way of communication of electrical monitoring and control system?Combined with the actual situation of steel enterprises self-provided generator set,on the basis of fully considering the reliability?stability?real time,the paper study and design the hardware structure and software architecture of electric control system?On basis of detailed analysis of the steel plant power supply system and combined with the actual situation of steel enterprises,the paper puts forward a set of optimal combination scheme for self-provided generator set which can optimize the power supply system for economic operation of the iron and steel enterprises.
