In order to achieve the standard of nitrogen oxides in flue gas of thermal power units,SCR denitration technology is widely used in thermal power plants.It is a relatively developed technology of with its denitration efficiency over 90%.In practical application,there still exit a lot of problems in the denitrification control system,and the research on this field is rarely covered.Therefore,it is of practical and academic significance to study the control technology of the denitrification system.This paper studies the denitrification system of a 1000 MW supercritical thermal power unit in China.In order to fully understand the working mechanism of the system,the process and working principle of the denitrification system are firstly studied in this paper.According to the research findings,among these factors,some that have great influences on the experiment are selected as the control variables,and the structure of the system is further determined.Based on the requirement of modeling for data sequence,we can filter out appropriate data from massive field data and preprocess them to obtain smooth and easy data to identify model parameters.First,the lea st squares method is used to identify the system preliminarily to have a rough parameters of the system mathematical model.Then,particle swarm optimization algorithm is applied to optimize the parameters of the mathematical model and get the accurate mathematical model of the system.Finally,based on the mathematical model of the denitration system,a lot of simulation studies are carried out,and the controller parameters and the structure of the control system are optimized.The simulation results show that the mathematical model and the actual object consistency degree of the high effective on optimization control system can improve the control quality of control system effectively.It has great reference value for the actual control optimization denitration system.That's the purpose of this study.
