The texlile industry in the process of weaving warp sizing production is bring in the warp which through the doffing roller and submerged roller to slurry tank.In this process can accomplish warp sizing.The moisture content of sized warp is often greater than 90%,in order to meet the process requirements of the moisture content in general is less zhan 10% for sizing drying.Warp sizing was the last procedure of weaving preparation in textile industry.Sizing percentage directly affect subsequent loom weaving efficiency and quality.After using the first and the second law of thermodynamics analyzing the heating utilization of the drying process for the GA308 sizing machine,it is obvious that there is huge amount of heat that has been wasted in the heating process.The heat is mainly wasted through condensed water,steam trap and drying cylinder wall.However,there is a way to solve this heat wasting problem by using the GA308 sizing machine.Energy saving solutions including condensed water temperature control system and baked wall energy saving scheme.Instead of using the capacity controlled discharge system,it is now using the temperature sensor which is based on PLC to control the pneumatic valve.When the temperature is below the minimum process setting value,the pneumatic valve will open,the condensed water will then be released.Otherwise,the pneumatic valve will remain closed.This is called the Temperature Controlled Emission Method.By using both the PLC control system and the Temperature Controlled Emission Method,the wasted heat from the steam traps has been improved.In the meantime,it is also needed to use the sepiolite to cover the whole surface of the drying cylinder to reduce the wasted heat from the drying cylinder wall.The heat utilization ratio of the drying cylinder heating process would increase from 57.973% to 63.351% by using the heating system energy saving plan of sizing machine.
