The filling volume of down is one of the key quality parameters of down products.During the production process,the dynamic quantitative weighing of down is the key parameter of product quality and how to quickly complete the down filling process and ensure the weighing accuracy is the key research content.This paper made research on the massive structure and system integration,and completed the general control to down storage,down conveying,weighing and down filling process through PLC;and made weighing experimental study and analysis to the experimental data obtained from different quantitative values,air pressure values and time-sharing proportions,thus to find out the optimal air pressure value with corresponding time-sharing proportion and quantitative accuracy.Aiming at the structural composition and control requirement of agitator tank,down storage,weighing box,scale division box and down filling table etc in automatic down filling machine,it constructed the hardware platform of control system,mainly including FATEK PLC,loading element measuring module,and air amplifier,rotary actuator and pneumatic ball valve etc pneumatic elements,all the them are constituted a closed-loop control system.The automatic down filling machine adopted WinProladder software to complete the PLC programming and writing;and used UniBuild configuration software to complete the man-machine interface design based on touch screen,thus to complete the integration of down storage,down conveying,weighing,stressing,scale division and down filling etc systematic control functions.There are some experimental researches on the dynamic quantitative weighing process of down.And a quantitative conveying and automatic weighing method is designed,which adopts PLC to control the pneumatic conveying and two-channel varied gas pressure to control the airflow,regulates the conveying speed of down according to the different times.The weighing sensor is used to accept and feed back the weight signals in real time,and PLC control the down volume of conveying through real-time switch.In addition,the filling machine combined the different quantitative values,air pressure values and time-sharing proportions to make weighingexperiment,used Matlab software to dispose the experimental data,used least squares fit to get the function relationships of air pressure and time,and analyzed the available optimal air pressure values under different combination conditions as the primary setup parameter of experimental device,thus to accomplish the accurate and rapid weighing of down to achieve the weighing accuracy of 0.01 g.
